SUB HEAD: I (Fire hydrant system) Facility management services for fire hydrant sprinkler Systems and all type of fire extinguishers at cargo admin block Export & Import shed courier sections CUDCT area and all other buildings annexes in coming under the Intergrated Air Cargo complex Chennai,Airport as per inventory, monitoring and maintenance activities to ensure the serviceability on round the clock basis including maintaining records/ data entry/ Supervision of the total system etc as per the specifications & directions of Engineer-In-Charge. SUB HEAD: II (ARC Works- to carryout the works, Separate manpower other than manpower mentioned in SH:I Should be deputed when as required basis)

Dismantling of existing split case/ radially split case type Centrifugal pump sets of following make/ models for necessary overhauling/ repairing i/c supply and replacement of both side bearings, mechanical seal, petty materials like stud bolts, gland packing, gasket, rubber bush for coupling etc. Cleaning and Greasing of bearings, reassembling, realignment of the pump with motor, testing, commissioning and painting etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of following valves from the existing fire fighting water pipe line, Complete removal of scale deposits by acid dipping, scrapping and overhauling, replacement of packings, nut & bolts and gaskets etc. as required & reinstalling the same in its original postion i/c. testing and commissioing complete as required.

Providing and fixing the following size of Non return valves of approved make after dismantling the existing damaged one i/c replacement of the gasket, nut, bolts etc. as required.

Dismantling of following existing faulty sprinkler flexible hose drops from the system, which are inside the false ceiling, supplying and installing new flexible hose drops up to 1.5Mtr Length along with all required connectors, threading, coupler etc. as required.

Providing one welder and one Khallasi along with Electric welding/ gas cutting machine and welding rods/ Oxygen Acetlyne gas for carrrying out leak arresting/ welding of fire fighting hydrants or other welding works during any urgent Preventive Maintenance/ Breakdown Maintenance/ Emergency work as and when required.

Supply & replacement of following suitable parts in hydrant delivery/ Landing valves(Single/ Double head), First aid Hose reel drums, other related accessories and valaves in Fire hydrant and sprinkler system (as and when required basis).

Disconnecting and dismantling of burnt out Induction motor from the system. Complete dismantling of burntout stator winding and through cleaning of stator slots. Rewinding the stator with Class 'F' polyester coated super enameled copper wire and insulating materials i/c. baking, varnishing, finishing and refixing the stator in the motor frame & re-installation in Fire pump room including transportation to and from Pump room etc as required. (Rebate for taking away the burnt copper winding shall be considered while rate quoting done by the contractor)

Painting with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and colour over a coat of red oxide primer over pipe lines including cleaning/ scrapping and remarking the existing indications/numbers with white paint/sticker etc., as required.

Providing & fixing of MS fire Hose box with mounting accessories as per standard with complete as required.

Supply and replacement of SS holding lugs for hydrant valve with complete as required.

Providing & fixing of female coupling of 1 to 2 inch size with nut and bolt with complete as required.

Providing & fixing of MS wheel with nut and bolt with suitable of exisiting for fire hydrant valve as complete as required.

Providing & fixing MS trim kit and gong bell for alarm valve 150 NB with nut and bolt with complete as required.

Supply of 15 mm and 50 mm ball valve with complete as required.

Providing & fixing of pressure gauge needle valve set with suitable exiting pipe complete as required.

Providing & fixing of hose reel nozzle in the exisiting First aid hoze reel with suitable nut and bolt with complete as required.

Providing & fixing of hydrant valve PVC cap, disk washer with nut and screws with suitable existing complete as required.

Providing & fixing of MS key & SS branch with washers etc with complete as required.

Providing & fixing of suitable glass with screws and nuts with exisiting fire box complete as required.

Providing & fixing of fire fighting hose with nut in fire box each length of 15 meters with suitable couplings etc, complete as required.

Providing & fixing of Nipple for sprinkler drainage drain line with complete as required.

Providing & fixing of 150 mm dia MS C class heavy type pipe with double type welding, Suitable Bends and arrenging scoffoding with proper jointing with nut ,bolt and channel in the pipe fixing above surface and below false ceiling with complete as required with the direction of E.I.C

Numbering of Fire hydrant box/Fire hydrant landing pipe with double coated Red enamel paint with numbering in white paint of suitable size as complete as required

SUB HEAD: IV - Fire Alarm system Monitoring & Maintenance of Fire Alarm & PA Systems at cargo admin block Export & Import shed courier sections CUDCT area and all other buildings annexes in coming under the Intergrated Air Cargo complex Chennai, Airport as per inventory comprising of Fire Alarm system (Low Ceiling) & few items(high ceiling), including maintaining records/ reports/ Supervision of the total system etc up to the specifications & directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
