Regular/developmental Order: Such order(s) (Minimum 80% of Net Procurable Quantity) will be placed on the manufacturer(s) or its authorized agent. The manufacturer must have satisfactorily executed at least one single purchase order of Zonal Railways/ PUs/ CORE for the tendered item for a minimum of 20 percent or more, of total tendered quantity during previous three year excluding the date of tender closing . The period of three years will be reckoned from the date of tender closing. If such past performance is lower than 20 % then such offers will be considered for developmental order up to 20% of Net Procurable Quantity.
