Removal of chokage / blockage of inspection chambers by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer-In-Charge.

Disposal of dead animals like cow,ox,buffalow etc. as an when required including digginhg of pits and buring the same as per instrution of engineer in charge

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. For lead of 2 km

Up-keeping of residential buildings/non-residential buildings & service buildings in the township including daily brooming, sweeping & cleaning of floors,bathrooms, toilets, staircase, courtyard, concrete pavements, garage, parking space, drains, glass panes of doors and windows, premises and surrounding areas including collection of garbage at suitable places inside the colony by engaging required man power including cost of Tools & Plants all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Dispensary/New hospital (4), Shopping Complex(1), Area near community centre(1), Mayuri Transit house(2), (JET hostel, TA office, Shanti Vihar and Triveni Guest house)(1),DAV School/Odia School(4)( 13 unskilled workers per day)

Operation of STP pump , motor and valve in general shift to assist the departmental manpower as per direction of EIC. Scope of Work:- Man power per day : Pump khalasi - 01 NO. (unskilled)

Maintenance of lawns, gardens, flower beds, plants of different parks at Belpahar integrated Township, as per instruction of EIC (10 unskilled labours)

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Providing Water Tanker of 5 to 6 KL capacity for watering of plants in maiden and other locations as and when required inside Belpahar Integrated Township, loading of water into tankers by departmental arrangement at the IWSS Filter Plant including the hire charges of water tanker, cost of diesel, mobile, repair and maintenance and wages of driver and helper etc. As per instruction of EIC.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with Fly Ash Brick (230x115x75 mm size) bricks of class designation 10 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : 15 mm nominal bore

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Labour charges by deploying 02 Skilled Plumber and 02 unskilled helper for day to day maintenance of water supply network & plumbing works related with plumbing works as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges by deploying 01 Skilled Carpenter and 01 (one) unskilled helper for day to day maintenance works related with plumbing works as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for deploying 01 (One) Skilled welder and 01 (One) unskilled helper for assisting in day to day maintenance works related to plumbing works as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brasspillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, includingpainting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wallswherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mmwith a single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type (Europeantype/ wash down type) water closet pan.

Providing and fixing PTMT stop cock of approved quality and colour. 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long, weighing not less than 88 gms

Electrical Portion: Electrical maintenance & repair of all electrical installations, overhead lines, internal work in quarters, DAV/Oriya schools, Triveni/ Shanti-Vihar/ MT Hostel, Dispensary etc., including regular maintenance of street lighting in Bandhabahal colony of LKP Area (7 skilled, 7 Semi-skilled and 4 Unskilled labours to be employed).

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
