Annual repairs and maintenance of Electrical installations of staffquarters at Kodihalli campus, CSIR-NAL, Bangalore - 560017

Providing service of technical nature for day-to-day maintenance for attending repair / breakdowns/servicing of electrical installations at staff quarters of various types, A, B, C, D, E and Scientist apartments having 1, 2, 3 & 4 BHK accommodations in G+1, G+2, G+3 & pump houses etc. shown in Annexure -1. in shift wise on all working days throughout the year including holidays as indicated under specical conditions clause no.... attached. The scope of work shall be executed deploying following catagary indicative man power. a) Highly skilled (Supervisor Staff) - 1 No (315 man-days per year) b) Skilled (Wireman) - 3 person (315 man-days per person per year) c) Unskilled (Khallasi) - 3 person (315 man-days per person per year) The work shall be complied as per detailed scope of work and other terms & conditions specified in the tender document.

Supply of the following materials to prevent the delay in attending break downs for period of contract as & when required. Installation / replacement of these consumables / spares shall be carried out through man power as indicated under item No.1

Polycarbonate 1×20W/22W LED batten fixture of standard length (approx. 4 feet). The fixture comprising integrated LED with pre-wired electronic driver mounted on a thermoplastic batten base.
