Care taking and upkeeping of Junior Guest House and Transit Hostel at HLSA of Chandrapur Area.

Amount

Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner for the guests as per scope of work. The manpower shall be engaged in two shifts from 6.00AM to 10.00 PM as per requirement and instruction of Guest House incharge. The persons engaged in Guest House shall be well dressed and disciplined (02 nos. of skilled labour is to be engaged and if less manpower provided payment will be deducted on portal basis).

Maintenance of Junior Guest House and Transit Hostel at Hindustan Lalpeth Sub Area. Maintenance will include providing of a person who will look after housekeeping of entire guest house and transit hostel and also cleaning of utensils, attending guest , helping cooks to make food and serving food to guest etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of hostel in charge Disciplined person should be engaged. (By engaging 01 nos of unskilled labour per shifts).

Maintenance of lawn and garden including watering mix ingot good earth and manure cutting of hedges, Trimming of plants, removing of shrubs etc. complete as per direction of guest house and transit hostel incharge ( By engaging 01 nos. of unskilled labours).

Daily sweeping and moping including cleaning of toilets and rooms in guest house and transit hostel washrooms by engaging (1.00 nos. of sewer man is to be engaged). Apply acid and phenol then washing with waster etc. all complete all complete daily cleaning records shall be maintain bu guest house incharge.

Supplying on site garden soil well sieved 80% to pass through I.S. sieve of 10mm size free from stone rubbish like dried grass roots and other such material. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally is red. The soil will be measured by measuring box (farma ) item includes transporting, loading- unloading etc. ( lead charges per 15km considered. Excluding Royalty).

Supplying on site well decayed, well dried, well powdered, without clods and frees from stones, dried grass and other rubbish material. The colour of the manure generally is black. The manure will be measured by measuring box (farma ) item includes transporting, loading- unloading etc. ( lead charges per 10km considered.)

Providing and fixing PTMT liquid soap container 109 mm wide, 125 mm high and 112 mm distance from wall of standard shape with bracket of the same materials with snap fittings of approved quality and colour, weighing not less than 105 gms.

Providing and supplying of good quality uniform (100% cotton) of approved colour fabric and design for male and female workers of guest house etc. all complete as per direction of engineer incharge (only top wear or saari as per direction of guest house in charge ( note 01 nos. of uniform for each worker).

Providing and planting of (Foxtail plam, royal palm tree and area plam tree) having height minimum 2.00m with 4 to 5 suckers well develop fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 60 cm size etc. all complete as per direction of the office in charge.

Providing and supplying of good quality ornamental indoor plant i.e. (Snake plant, spider plant, money plant , bougainvillea, saim guarder, kanchaniya plant, ponytails palm) mature avg. height upto 2.5 feet) of various species as required etc. all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and supplying of good quality ornamental/ non flower/ flower sapling like rose marigold( avg. Ht upto 3 feet) of various species as required etc. as per direction of engineer in charge.
