15KW, 3Ph Star connected heater consist of 9 No each of 1667W, 240V, 8.2mm dia SS321 Tube welded on 6’’NBX150# MS BLRF Flange with 5 No SS304 Fabricated baffle plate and tie rods and MS Fabricated junction box
121 KW 415V Delta connected heater bundle consist of 24 No. U-shaped heating elements each of 5042 W, 415V and made from 11mm dia SS316 ERW tube Tube welded on 10’’NBX150# SS316 BLFF Flange having U-length of 1400mm out of which 150mm will be cold zone. Heater bundle will be supported by SS316 Baffles and tie rods.
75KW 415V Delta connected heater bundle consist of 27 No U-shaped heating elements each of 2778W, 415V and made from 11mm dia SS316 ERW tube Tube welded on 12’’NBX150# SS316 BLFF Flange having U-length of 1100mm out of which 200mm will be cold zone. Heater bundle will be supported by SS316 Baffles and tie rods.
