Taking down of Unserviceable Window Air Conditioner 1.5TR capacity from any location as directed by Engr-in Charge and Shifting to MES store complete all as directed. Note: Old AC's will be deposited to MES store.

Taking down of Unserviceable Split Air Conditioner 2TR capacity indoor & Outdoor Complete with copper tubings and connecting items from any location as directed by Engr-in Charge and Shifting to MES store complete all as directed. Note: Old AC's will be deposited to MES store.

Taking down of Unserviceable Water Cooler 40/80 litres from any location as directed by Engr-in Charge and Shifting to MES store complete all as directed. Note: Old Water Coolers will be deposited to MES store.

Taking down of Unserviceable Refrigerators 310/285/215 Litres from any location as directed by Engr-in Charge and Shifting to MES complete all as directed. Note: Old Refrigerators will be deposited to MES store.

Supply, installation and testing of Window AC units complete with cordless remote control with minimum 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR with inbuilt anti dust filter including necessary masonry work for making good distrubuted surface and match with the existing colour complete all as specified. Note :- Cutting Openings for window AC and making fair finish will be paid and measured separately

Supply, installation and testing inverter split AC units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality, minimum 5 star rating of capacity 2TR including 4 sqmm 3 core flex cable connection from indoor to outdoor unit as per site requirement and refrigerant line copper tubing of suitable sizes with and including foam insulation upto 5m long, 2Nos powder coated angle iron bracket, nuts, bolts etc for AC outdoor unit including necessary masonry work for making good distrubuted surface and match with the existing colour complete all as specified.

Supply , installation and commissioning of Water Cooler Fully Stainless Steel , 5 star rating ,electric driven single phase having approx storage 80 litres and nominal cooling capacity as 40 Ltrs/Hr complete all as specified and directed :

Supply and fixing of Refrigerator of capacity not less than 308 Ltrs, double door BEE 4 Star rating single phase, 230/240V, AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and commissioning of Refrigerator of capacity not less than 275 Ltrs, double door BEE 4 Star rating single phase, 230/240V, AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and commissioning of Refrigerator of capacity not less than 210 Ltrs, Single door BEE 5 Star rating single phase, 230/240V, AC complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting openings, through brick wall built in cement morter for fixing of window type Air Conditioner including finishing side walls in cement mortar (1:6) with three coats white wash, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks and rubbish not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for well seasoned second class hardwood, plain, solid, straight frame work for window type AC, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid round or chamfered, put together with glue and pin rod at joints as in complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing refrigerant line copper tubing of size 15mm dia with and including foam insulation clamping on wall surface or concealed with both the ends connection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 here-in-before but size 6mm dia

Supply and fixing PVC flexible drain pipe of 15mm dia heavy duty with fixing of clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded single core copper conducter of nominal cross sectional area 6 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded single core copper conducter of nominal cross sectional area 6 sqmm for as earth continuity drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size including taking down old sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : PVC Conduits, two run cables and one run of earth wire will be measured as one length.

Cutting Chases pinning in, for conceled conduit wiring and pointing in CM(1:3) including making goods of distibuted surface exceeding 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) FR PVC insulated stranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC rigid 20 mm or higher width casing and capping including all accessaries with PVC box of suitable size and 2.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated single core copper conductor for contineous earth wire and connected to earth dolly for indipendent socket point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch socket combination 2 in One , 3 pin 5 Amps and 16 Amps flush type, universal complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing in repair MCB protected power unit with MCB DP 25 Amps capacity AC 230 Volt with Plug Top with indicator complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2( Using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
