EARTH WORK:- Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un-useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site( to be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if loved any of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required ). All useful material such as stones shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation used / removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

FORM WORK:- Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30mm X 30mm X 5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden / steel battens and ballies for all depth/ height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling up to all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:-

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like.

Foundation footing and basis of columns.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. Floors etc. upto all thickness.

Columns, pillar etc. Square, rectangular, polygonal in plan.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels:- Side and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers bressumer sand lintels any depth in all heights from floor.

Stair case with sloping or stepped soffits i.e. risers and stringers excluding landing (except spiral stair case).

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under of any width.

CEMENT CONCRETE / RCC WORK:- Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundations and plinth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 Graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated for compacting concrete so as to give a compressive srength and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work, but including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts at all floor levels as directed by the Engineer in Charge:-

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 kg. per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing mild steel / tor steel / TMT reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cost of binding wire, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floors level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C. slab or cement concrete work using 2.75kg. of cement per square metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

PAINTING AND POLISHING:- Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamal paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter up to all heights in all floor levels complete with scaffolding works including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :-With enamal paint other then white.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting up to all heights in all floor levels complete with scaffolding works etc. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :-Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand)The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals

White washing with lime on ceiling and /or slooping roofs and undecorated wall surfaces in all floors two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth Priming coat with distemper primer up to all heights in all floor levels complete with scaffolding works in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apex ultima) or its equavalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth up to all heights in all floor levels complete with scaffolding works in all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying white cement based wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

MISCELLANEOUS WORK:- Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm (seventy millimetre) thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick / stone aggregate 40 mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
