Providing and Fixing pre-painted galvalume (PPGL) steel profile sheets AZ-150 of brand Tata Bluescope Steel, Everest Industries Ltd., Jindal India Ltd. Or equivalent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved Engineer-In-Charge) 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with aluminium zinc coating 150grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by the Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping aluminium screws (Xylan)( of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x6mm flat aluminium section with necessary screws etc.

Cleaning and Desilting of existing RCC Ring well i/c removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cleaning shall be consisting of following operations:- i) Ring well shall be water emptied by pumping. ii) Bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (Plan area inside ring well shall be measured for payment purpose)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of SVI, 8HP 1800 RPM, Single cylinder, vertical, water cooled Diesel Engine coupled with Kirloskar Pump NW11D single stage water pump having a capacity to deliver 20 LPS at a total head of 25 meters with base frame, Normax foot valve, G.I. flange with coupling etc. as required with all accessories equivalent to make kirloskar or equivalent.
