Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) removing of rubbish outside premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any thickness or description in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concretes, sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 (Except stone) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks,kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, coulmns, posts, bed plates, pintel blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders , plinth courses, copings, cover slab and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete and setting with CM 1:4 with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cm x 22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of any size any shape conforming to IS -15658 - 2006 of 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment any shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar works plinth course, coping benching, bed plate etc incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and diected.

M&L for 55 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, hard standing, path finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of ant approved tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessay form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished surface of channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mouldes, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed.
