Earth work in excavation in all kind soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in any type of soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for clean dry Yamuna sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand shall only be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for supplying and laying in trenches un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover, class LV type 1, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm for cable protection cover laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for HDPE Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 40mm outer dia and 32mm inner dia confirming to IS:14930 Part-II including necessary pipe fittings such as couplers, end caps, bend etc. laid in trenches/ fixed to pole /wall with suitable clamps for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. M&L for repairing road cutting with premix ready mix road patching compound including preparing the affected surface by cleaning, sweeping ,brushing and apply cat's coat primer and pouring the ready mix road patching compound, spreading, leveling and compacting to match with existing road complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed. Make : Instapatch/ Patch Mate/ Hincol. or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor double door type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50Hz, and CPRI approved, factory fabricated, powder coating having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/ vermin proof including danger notice plate , PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in foundation ,incoming (I/C) and outgoing (O/G) cable connections & general construction confirming to IS: 8623 / 93 comprising of the following: OUTER SHELL: The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front & back open able double door system lockable/ open able by keys from both sides, louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. 'U' type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54. INNER SHELL: Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, the inner shell completely vermin proof & to accommodate incomer/ outgoing MCCBs and TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve. All control wires shall be with1.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15mm powder coated should be used at the bottom. The inner shell shall be of powder coated. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 & carry the following:

Vertical depth n. exc. 2 mtr and diameter of hole n. exc. 200mm including getting out excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point compllete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing of Panel / Busbar etc. complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron Wire 4mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia connected to main earth lead on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 including necessary excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note : GI wire & protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately. (For Bus Bar 50 Nos Earthing)
