Material and Labour for providing the sealant (pouring grade) in the existing 10mm wide & 40mm deep groove/joint after preparation of joint as per manufacture instructions along with application of primer as per manufacture instructions. (a) Thioflex 600 shall be of M/s FOSROC/ MASTERFLEX TM 700i of BASF or equivalent in CIPY. (b) Primer 7E shall be M/s FOSROC or equivalent in BASF/CIPY. Note :- Application of Epoxy and sealant shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacture.

Material and Labour for heavy duty epoxy resin based flooring with moisture barrier of total 4mm thick consisting of preparation and removing existing epoxy floor topping by light grinding/shot blasting/wire brushing etc to provide mechanical key to receive floor topping. The prepared surface shall be provided using two component epoxy resign based system Nitoprime 25 of FOSROC or equivalent at 6 sqm/litre in one coat and allowed to dry for 24 hrs. Over this primer solvent free 3 part high strength trowel applied screed having mimimum compressive strength of 90/Nmm2, Tensile strength of 20 N/mm2 and flexural strength of 40N/mm2 to thickness of 2mm applied by spreading with trowel and finished by proper compaction and allowed to dry to cure for 24 hrs (Nitoflor TS5000 or fosroc or equivalent). After curing two component epoxy resign based system (Nitoflor FC140 or equivqlent) putty mixed with quartz filler quartz filler shall be used for the sealing the porous surface of epoxy screed system, Nitoflor TF5000 of Fosroc or equivalent. After this a shop coat of two compotent epoxy resisn based system, Nitoflor FC150 of FOSROC or equivalent shall be applied in two coats at 1 mm covering 10 sqm of 4.5L pack as top coat. (Note : Applicator of epoxy flooring shall be done with authorised applicator of approved manufacturer).

M & L for preparation of old wall/ceiling surfaces and applying two or more coat of painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade all as specified and directed (ht upto 20 Mtr including all necessary scaffolding)

M& L for preparation of old surfaces of steel/wood surfaces painting with one or more coat synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed

Demolishing nominal cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix which design mix manually / by mechanical means including disposal of materials outside MD land as per direction of Engineer - in - charge:

Demolishing brick work/PCC block manually/ by mechanical means in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside of MD land as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement conrete 1:2:4 upto plinth level (1 cement : 2 coarse sand derived from natural sources) (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified & directed by EIC.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or mosiac tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off outside of MD land as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Non skid Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and fixing 1st quality Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mm x 300mm / 450mm x 350mm , in dado/skirting etc. conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, steps, floor etc and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels area of slab upto 0.50 sqm all as specified and as directed

Providing and fixing floor mounted, white vitreous china single piece, double traps syphonic water closet of approved brand/make, shape, size and pattern including integrated white vitreous china cistern of capacity 10 litres with dual flushing system, including all fittings and fixtures with seat cover, cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc including making connection with the existing P/S trap, complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
