Bottle hanger made with 5mm MS wire to be welded on both side of desk verticle press formed section to hang water bottle/tiffin boxes etc. Desk upper modesty size of 200X863x20mm made with 0.8mm CRCA sheet having twe holes on each sides for fixing with side frame by high tensile screw, upper modesty having round embossing of size 8mm x1.5mm with four rows of 20 each. Desk lower modesty size of 195x863x21 made with CRCA Sheet of 0.8mm thickness having two holes on each sides for fixing with side frame by steel screw, bottom side of lower modesty having triple bend for better strength. Lower modesty having square perforation of size 12mmX12mm with four rows of 20 each. Square tube (cross-connector)of bottom side made with 25X25 mm square tube of ISI 4923 wall thickness 1mm having length 862mm Assembled both side structure frame by M8LN bolt and square nut of 7mm thickness having M8 thread welded to both end sof squaretube. Bench back rest made with both side pre-laminated medium density fiber board (BIS tested) of size 150 mm finished with 2mm thick PVC edge bending tape, fixed with hot melt glue at temp 180 deg on all four sides. All tube ends closed with virgin plastic caps. Buffer of 10mm height to be fixed at the bottom of desk. All metal parts to be duly powder coated after surface treatment process with minimum of 55-65 micron coating. Top, Seat and back panels are made from 18mm, Pre Laminated MDF (ISI 14587)
