Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand, silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed, cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete - Narrow Foundations - Upto 2.00m Depth Footings

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-sand and four course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats for old iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and delivery of the following size of PVC with IS specification etc., complete.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift as initial of 10 M and lift of 2 M in narrow trenches for laying of pipes for water supply works in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales, murram gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravel soil including refilling the sides of foundation in layer of 15m thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Lowering 160mm dia PVC pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste.

Supplying and fixing of Weldmesh Windows of best and approved quality using 'L' angles and flats of required size and fixing the mesh in position with necessary bolts and screws etc., complete complying with standard specification.
