Sch 'a' Part - VI : External Electrification and Misc Items : INTERNALWATER SUPPLY. Supply and fix angle cock cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated screwed both ends for PP-R pipes or for unions and fixed suitable for 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Internal Electric Supply: Supply and fixing of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep ,five star, including provision of 3 core PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade flexible cable with stranded copper conductor of size not less than 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan, length as per requirement at site.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 230 mm sweep metal body type including provision of 3 core PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade flexible cable with stranded copper conductor of size not less than 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan, length as per requirement at site.

Supply and fixing of E-Lite LED Pride Plus Neo Decorative ultra slim square profile LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack.wall mounted LED Batten 20 Watt and integrated electronic driver complete all as specified and directed.Make as per Havells Cat Part.No: LHEXACP7IN1W020 20 W LED 6500 K or Equivalent in Philips & CG.

Supply and fixing of E-Lite LED Pride Plus Neo Decorative ultra slim square profile 10 Watt LED surface mounted fitting and integrated electronic driver complete all as specified and directed.Make as per Havells Cat Part.No: LHEXACP7IN1W010 W LED 6500 K or Equivalent in Philips & CG.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED security Lights 20 watt with best in class design & robust heat sink along with class leading IP, IK & Surge protections for long lasting performance.and integrated electronic driver complete all as specified and irected including 25 mm GI bracket light grade with clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as directed .Make as per Havells Cat Part.No: LHEXAYP7PN6K020, 20 W LED 6500 K or Equivalent in Philips & CG.

Note for items 10 to 12: Refer Annexure 'V' for the instructions to be followed for lED fittings.

External Electric Supply: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor type floor mounted metal enclosed, 11 KV 800A VCB Panel with 2 Nos VCBs suitable for 50Hz 3-phase system, suitable for 26.3kA/3sec short circuit withstand capacity & 26.3kA/1sec Internal Arc capacity. Switchgear Panel enclosure of sheet steel preferably Aluzinc, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed cubicle floor mounting, free standing type with single break, horizontally drawout type breaker with trip free mechanism as per latest standard i.e. IS/IEC 62271-200 as amended up to date and as per Technical specifications, IP4X for Indoor VCB Panel enclosure. Panels shall be tested for critical seismic zone with available type test reports. Switchgear Panel shall be electrically & mechanically interlocked as per IS/IEC 62271-1, full voltage insulated Aluminium Busbar with heat shrinkable sleeving, complete with suitable metering & protection devices, breaker featured with mechanical ON-OFF indicator with hand trip device and all accessories such as shunt trip coil, motorized & manually operated spring charging mechanism, emergency trip push buttons, auxiliary switch of 2NO + 2NC, interconnections, space heaters, panel earthing etc. and equipped with following switchgear and accessories including connection suitable for 3Cx185 sqmm XLPE 11kV cable (cable entry from bottom) to be connected. Full fill all the requirement of TATA Advanced system limited (TASL) for taking status of VCB's.

Note : The new VCBs will be installed by making additional/ alteration to the existing VCBs panel as per revised layout drawing given by the MAFI / TATA .The Make of proposed panel and accessories shuld be match with existing panel. The rates are included for installation of set of 03 PTs in each exiting 04 nos of outgoing VCBs and 1 No bus PT panel convert to out going VCBs including all panel control wiring / accessories required to function in automatic operation with interlocking sytem to fulfill all the requirement of TATA(TASL) with ATS switch for automatic operation. The existing and revised layout diagram of Mafi sub staion No 1 is enclosed as Annex -I and Annex -II respectively.

Note: For Item Nos 15 and 16: (i) The Switchgear shall be type tested for internal arc 25kA for 1 sec. Switchgear shall be tested for Siesmic zone IV and type test report shall be furnished. The switchgear shall have type tested making type earthing switch. (ii)The design of the switchgear shall be exclusive and specific responsibility of supplier and shall comply with current good engineering practice, the relevant codes and recommendation, the project specific requirements. Make of Vacuum interrupter, Circuit breaker & Panel shall be same. (iii) The Circuit Breaker shall confirm to IEC-62271-100. (iv) Make shall be as per Annexure. Size of new VCB must be match with existing existing VCB and connected with extention of busbar and with suitable modification. (v) All VCBs must have 1 No of digital multifunctional energy meter.

Note: Rates are inclusive for ACB 4 Pole, 415V, EDO type with Microprocessor based of capacity 1600 Amps - 2 No and all electric connections, indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse , multifunction intelligent panel meter, interlock arrangement for all ACB's-07 Nos ( 5 Nos existing and 2 nos proposed ACBs), with suitable modifications in the existing panel including extension of bus bars, cable allay for higher size of cables and fulfill the requirement as per approved drawing of MAFI . The proposed panel to be attach with existing panel, with suitable modifications in the existing panel including extension of bus bars,including all elctric connection, fulfill the requirement as per approved drawing of MAFI. The existing and revised layout diagram of MAFI for sub staion No 1 is enclosed as Annex -I and Annex -II respectively.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm as earthing lead (upto 7.5 M in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing testpoint all as specified or indicated including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick, with 8 mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering , water funnel, testing point etc., complete all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply & install, testing and commissioning dry type cast resin transformer distribution, step down type 200 KVA capacity step down, indoor type 11/0.433 KV,3 PH ,50 HZ, confirming to IS 11171 and IEC 60076 Pt 11,copper wound F/F class insulation, continuous duty, complete with AN Cooling transformer delta connection on HV side & star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector group 4) & having manually operated tapping of +5% in equal step of 2.5%, changed by means off load tap changing arrangement on HV side. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS 1180:2014 the transformer should have cable box on LT side and HT Side. Percentage impedence shall be 5%, IP-21 protection the limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in IEC 60076 Pt 12 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with & including the following specifications :- (i) Cable terminal box on LT side and arrangement to connect HT 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable on HT side.(Suitable HT cable, LT cable, HT/LT end termination are included in the quated rate, all are directed.) (ii) Rating and diagram plate . (III) base channel earthing terminals lifting lugs. Note :- Anything missed out above but technically required for proper operation of the transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(for substation 2)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance Free Earthing System. The earthing set shall comprise of :- (a) 1 No. of Copper Bonded Rod of diameter 17.2 mm and length of 10 feet UL approved with 25 KA current discharge test from CPRI . The material shall below carbon high tensile copper bonded rods with 99.9 % of copper on the surface. The UL Approval certificate shall be provided. (b) The eletrode shall be installed in a 100mm dia 3000mm deep augured bole hole. The augured bore hole shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing compound as per IEC 62561-7 shall be not less than 30Kg per pit. (c) 1 No. of Copper Busbar of size 25 x 6 x 150 mm should be exothermic welded with Copper bonded rod 17.2 mm dia x 3 mtr length. (d) 1 No. of PVC Pit Cover for covering of earthing. (e) Exothermic connection of 25X6X150 mm busbar to 35 sqmm copper cable. (f) 35 sq mm PVC insulated copper cable for interconnection of earthing and equipment .Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of copper cable 35 Sqmm upto 7.5 metre with 40mm bore light grade GI protection pipe.
