Supply of High Build Two pack Epoxy paint of Berger Protastomastic Vellum/Asian Apcodur CF 641) mixed with epoxy thinner and Silica powder as per specification, recommendation of manufacturer and transportation from civil store & applying on concrete , steel structure i.e. CS/MS pipe line, tanks, fittings, valves, ducts, hangars, supports, railing, grating, fencing & other connected equipment’s, concrete/plastered i.e. floor, walls, celling, beam, column, louvers, splash bar, footings, fins etc. wooden surfaces etc. at all elevations and locations including required scaffolding and staging at all heights, removing loose deposits, scales, preparation of surface, protecting, cleaning etc. with all kind of tools as per approved procedure, specifications and direction of engineer. Note: (1) Epoxy paint, thinner, silica powder, araldite & airless pump with spray gun & Potable Compressor, scaffolding/ staging materials to be arranged by Contractor at their own cost. (2) Quantities of paint minimum 10% in excess of that computed for the application area in line with specified coverage indicated under authenticated manufacturer's data sheet shall be procured by the contractor and deposited in NPCIL stores for issue on daily basis by NPCIL supervisor for application.

Note: 1) Metallic paint, araldite & airless pump with spray gun & Potable Compressor, scaffolding/staging materials to be arranged by Contractor at their own cost. (2) Quantities of paint minimum 10% in excess of that computed for the application area in line with specified coverage indicated under authenticated manufacturer's data sheet shall be procured by the contractor and deposited in NPCIL stores for issue on daily basis by NPCIL supervisor for application.

Supplying of Plastic Emulsion Paint (Asian/Burger/Nerolac) with thinner/ta-rpine oil as per manufacture recommendation and transportation from civil store & applying on concrete, steel structure i.e. CS / MS pipe line, tanks, fittings, valves, ducts, hangars, supports, railing, grating, fencing & other connected equipment’s, concrete/plastered i.e. floor, walls, celling, beam, column, louvers, splash bar, footings, fins etc., wooden surfaces etc. at all elevations and locations including required scaffolding and staging at all heights, removing loose deposits, scales, preparation of surface, protecting, cleaning etc. with all kind of tools as per approved procedure, specifications and direction of engineer. (2) Quantities of paint minimum 10% in excess of that computed for the application area in line with specified coverage indicated under authenticated manufacturer's data sheet shall be procured by the contractor and deposited in NPCIL stores for issue on daily basis by NPCIL supervisor for application.

Extra over above item no. 14 for every subsequent coat

French sprit polishing two coat on old work after cleaning/scrubbing of surfaces with soft brushes & sand papers including the cost of materials, labour, cleaning of area after painting etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing all types of paints on the surfaces of cement concretes/steels/cement plasters and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth, including necessary repairs to scratches, scaffolding & staging at all heights etc. complete. Note: Cleaning/grinding/scrubbing/scratching of the old painted/bare surface of Concrete/ Plastered/Stone/Steel/Wooden/Tiles using suitable clothes, soft/hard wire brushes, mechanical grinders, steel sheet scrappers etc. shall be done for removing all kind of burrs, imperfections, undulation and other such defects existing in the surface to achieve plane & even surface, Before application of 1st coat of paint the prepared surface shall be applied with high Quality putty approved by Engineer if required suitable for the surface so as to achieve a very smooth surface. The items include spreading of suitable and clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining. All surfaces surrounding to painted area either freshly stained or during painting stained including window frames & glasses shall be cleaned to sparkling clean condition using suitable thinners, detergents, chemical cleaners etc. under the scope of the item. All required scaffolding & staging at any height will be provided by the contractor.

Providing painting (Asian/Burger/Nerolac) up-to 10 cm in width/girth (lines, dashes, arrows, zebra lining etc.) one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted concrete/ masonry/ plastered surfaces with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint/brushing, for use on floor to give an even shade Up-to 10cm in width/qirth including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required, scaffolding & staging at all heights (payment will be based on length of each strip of zebra lining). all required scaffolding & staging at any height will be provided by the contractor.

Writing letters or figures up-to 15 cm. height on any surface with synthetic enamel paint including cost of paint of approved colour and brand etc. Scaffolding & staging at all heights complete. (stop comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid for separately for Block & Roman letters/figures).all required scaffolding & staging at any height will be provided by the contractor.

Providing and application of SNOWFILLA EXPANSION CRACK FILLER as per the specifications and directions of NPCIL Engineer.

Supply and application of Wall Putty Cement based putty of JK/Birla/Asian Paints on prepared surfaces of walls, ceilings etc. in two coats for repairing dents, holes, scratches etc. and achieving plane and even surface ready in all respects for receiving fresh paint coats. The scope of item also includes erecting suitable staging, clean protection covering etc. Note: Quantity of putty minimum 10% in excess of that computed for the application area in line with specified coverage indicated under authenticated manufacturer's data sheet shall be procured by the contractor and deposited in NPCIL stores for issue on daily basis by NPCIL supervisor for application.

Supplying & Applying Aluminum Paints (Asian /Burger/ Nerolac) on MS Electrical street poles including required scaffolding / staging / ladders at all height and lication, removing loose deposits’ scale, preparation of surface protecting, cleaning etc. oilh all kind of tools complete. Special Note: Quantity of Paint minimum 10% in excess of that computed for the application area in line with specified coverage indicated under authenticated manufacturer's data sheet shall be procured by the contractor and deposited in NPCIL stores for issue on daily basis by NPCIL supervisor for application.

Providing & applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Supply and application of self levelling floor topping in a single layer to acheive the desired thickness on concrete floors after preparing the surface in the specified manner by removing old paint coating of all thickness and types, smoothening the surface with the use of all suitable means including machine grinding, scapping and sand-papering etc. filling the dents,undulations and cracks with the use of epoxy-sand mortar etc. and application of suitable epoxy primer in coats as per manufacturer's guideline/ instructions and procedure. The scope of item includes use of cleaning chemicals for cleaning surrounding surfaces either old stained or freshly stained to sparkling clean condition. Laying of Epoxy Self Levelling floor topping shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer : 2mm thick.
