M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces with machnical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum machanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7'' /9'' to make the surface ready for applying primer/paint etc by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machnical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum machanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit having dia of 7'' /9'' to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for water proof cement based wall care putty of avrage thickness 1.5mm over the plastered/prepared surfaces and making even and smooth by mechenical wall sander(having mechanical vacum machanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit having dia of 7'' /9'' to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr ( undiluted)/10sqms dilluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of primer surfaces of wall and applying two coats of water based prermium acrylic smooth exterior (weather proof/weather coat) of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 Gram/Litre as per LEEDS specifications having anti algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (Undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Note : Subsequent coat of painting shall be done after allowed 6 to 8 hrs to dry the painted surface. Note : (a) The work shall be executed from authorised applicator of make approved by Garrison Engineer, (b) Colour of Exterior Emulsion paint shall be approved by Garrison Engineer.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered ,old/un decorated surfaces of wall surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of cement Base Paint in any tint without any brush marks on the surface & matching with existing work including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys bldgs height if required at site including cleaning of drops, splashes & leaving premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys bldgs height if required at site including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy & removing of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,wall , concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary including cleaning of drops, splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling loose/disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bends shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and doubing out with PCC 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished required shape including applying anti corrisove paint on exposed surfaced and provision of necessary supports form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of re-inforcment cement concrete of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Chajja, parapet wall and lintel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cranking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Formwork to chajja and similar work; Flat,rough finished surface of concrete,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting/up-rooting/removing of Trees growth on Walls, Chajjas and cleaning effected Area not exc. 3.00 Sqm Each Patch and Making Good the area with Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, mixing with WPC and spray of Chemical (GLYCEL) for destroy of roots as per Manufactare instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing Old or New Treated Surfaces (Base Area for Writing Letters or Figures) and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint on Plastered or Concrete Surfaces of Walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 3000.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
