Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details

(a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal rubbish outside MD land.

(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc.

(c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C')

(d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape " or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner.

(e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(g) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B0 mixed with intergral WPC (Liquid) laid to be slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. incl provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and direction.

M & L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below including Removing of existing bitumenous tarfelt including cement screed bed and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab including removing of bitumen primer applied on slab all as apd and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of ShaliTex primer of STP or equivalent of Make given in Appx 'C' (solvent based bituminous primer) conforms to IS: 3384-1986 (rate of application of primer shall be as per Manufacture's instructions but shall not be less than 0.30 ltrs/sqm) shall be applied on the prepared and cleaned roof surface and parapet. Ensure not to apply when temperature is less than 5° C or during foggy period. Primer shall be allowed to dry for overnight. (b) Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) 3mm thick SuperThermolay Spun of STP or equivalent of Make given in Appx 'C', bonded non woven polyester reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm. The laying of membrane with a 75 mm longitudinal and 100mm transverse direction overlap shall be provided. Membrane shall be laid using LPG torch and sealing all joints etc and preparing surface complete. (c) Finally applying a coat of Super Silver Shield of STP or equivalent of Make given in Appx 'C' confirmed to IS: solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

Note : i) Work should be done by respective applicator (OEM of Make given in Appx 'C') & work should be able to furnish stagewise on site technical reports from concerned company technologist during currency of work and entire completion of work. ii) Contractor shall submit 10 year OEM guaranttee for water proof treatment details as given in particular specifications. iii) Contractor submit OEM guarantee before payment of RAR.

M&L for three coats of water based water proofing acrylic liquid membrane system as per manufactures instructions to exposed concrete surface/exposed steel surface for receving concrete/plaster etc complete including cleaning of existing concrete surface and steel reinforcement if any throughly by wire brushing or using compresor air to remove dust and laitance to free from oil to receive further treatment complete all as specified. [Make : STP Ltd Shalicryl LM HI, Fosroc or equivalent of Make given in Appx 'C']

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster/screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including WPC & plasticizer as per manufacturer instruction ) (Note : i) Using only clean dry river sand shall be inculded in quoted rate. ii) WPC/plasticizer will be measured & paid sepaeratly

M&L providing cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps;seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with necessary form work complete all as directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound. (Make as given in Appx 'C')

M & L for scrapping and removing old paint stains, loose material and algae-fungus growth then cleaning of surface with water using pressure washer machine, then crack filling with acrylic based textured crack filler an application of one coat of primero-primer cum sealer having alkali resistance property diluted with water and mixed with bio block in ratio 5:4:1 followed by application of two coats of modified acrylic Apex exterior emulsion paint of Asian Paint or equivalent of Make given in Appx 'C,' of approved shade having silicon additives in paint which gives 5 years of performance warranty. The work should be done by an authorized applicator of Make given in Appx 'C' only complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully exising unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power), complete (fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, regulators etc) making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, Non metallic PVC rigid conduit heavy duty concealed in any type of existing wall/ceiling in a suitable way with all accessories making goods disturbed surface and color wash to match with the existing surface, ISI marked, with GI boxes boxes 1.2 mm thick, surface mounted with earth dolly duly, covered with Hylam sheet suitable for fixing piano type switches/sockets regulators etc, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly and making good the disturbed surface in suitable way existed and color wash to match existing surface in suitable way all as specified and directed for the following:

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board.

(c) One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm nominal area and drawn into new non metallic PVC rigid conduit heavy duty concealed in any type of existing wall ceiling in a suitable way with all accessories, caping including one run of PVC insulated 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire completed and making good the disturbed surfaces in suitable way as existed and color wash to match exising surface in suitable way all as specified and as directed incl taking down old unserviceable sub main of any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Three runs of 4.0 sqmm cable and one run of PVC non metallic PVC rigid conduit Heavy duty will be measured as one unit.

All as per item No 106 above but with stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade ISI-694 marked for 3 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet on independent board including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement MCB SP 6 to 32 amps 230 volt 10 KA, Type B.

S & F in replacement MCB SPN 40 Amps 230 volt 10 KA, Type B.

S & F for plastic body exhaust fan, AC single phase, 240 V of size 300 mm sweep with louvers including necessary connection and replacement of flexible copper cable from ceiling rose and taking down of old unserviceable fan complete all as specified and as directed. Make -Havells Cat Part No - Ventil Air DXW Neo" or its equivalent in approved make given in Appx 'C'.

M&L for cutting and making hole into or through cement concrete or stone masonery wall of thickness upto 45 cm and in girth 45 cm for fixing exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep & providing fasterner grouted in wall four nos inside for fixing of exhaust fan and four nos outside for louvers and redressing the surface and making smooth with cement plaster 1:4 to match existing surface incl lime white wash all as spd and directed all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No 3, SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose inlcuding funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover including excavation/earth work in any strata complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

S & F wall mounted LED 20 watts , LED batten for surface and pendant application, Anodized extruded aluminium housing, high transmissitivity diffuser and high lumen output, 230 volts etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Make Wipro Cat part No Ganet 20W LED (D 532065) or its equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C'.

S & F building security light luminaire LED type fitting 30 watt pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 suitable for 230 v olts 50 Hz single phase AC supply including suitable size GI bracket, medium grade not less than 1m in length bent to shape and fixing on wall with MS clamps and brackets incl taking down old unserviceable light fitting of any type. Make as given in Appx 'C'.
