Water Bound Mecadam: Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the inter slices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (A) By manual means. (ii) Grading -III (b) Using screening type-B (11:2mm aggregate)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor @0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H Cl. No. 508 complete in all respect. (Including carriage upto initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed material upto 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant) including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. (A) With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) I. with 60/70 grade bitumen (ii) Grading II: 10 mm (nominal size)

Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh soil, benching for 300mm width laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1902.
