Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials upto any lead & lift (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid forseparately)for thickness of tiles upto 25mm as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing to wall, ceiling and floor galvanised mild steel tubes (medium grade) tube fittings and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) nominal bore as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm ( twenty millimetre) (average)thickness base of cement mortar 1:3( One cement isto three sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete. 20mm ( twenty millimetre) thick as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all levels including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand)as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing vitreous China water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) of Hindware of size 580mm (five hundred eighty millimetre) ( earth work, bed concrete, foot rest and trap to be measured and paid for separately). Orrisa pattern as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing PVC P or S trap for water closet (squatting pan ) ISI marked including jointing the trap with the pan and PVC pipe with approved adhesive. 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) dia as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash basin of Hindware with single hole for pillar tap with C.I. or M.S. brackets painted white including cutting holes and making good the same but excluding fittings Flat back 630mm X 450 mm (six hundred thirty millimetre into four hundred fifty millimetre) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 600mm X 450 mm (six hundred millimetre into four hundred fifty millimetre) bevelled edge mirror of superior glass mounted on 6mm (six millimetre)thick A.C. sheet or plywood sheet and fixed to wooden plugs with C.P. brass screws and washers.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass pillar tap with capstan head 15mm (fifteen millimetre) dia.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib tap with capstan head 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) dia with capaston head as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve 15mm (fifteen millimetre) dia as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work in door and window shutters with 16 gauge yhick aluminium sheet half panel of 5 mm thick bakelite sheet and half of 6 mm thick glass as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
