M&L cleaning of semi under ground sump of storage capacity of water up to 25000 gallons thoroughly by removing mud, dirt etc. from the sump by the following method complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Cleaning inner surface of the tank by scraping with steel wire brushes and removing mud and sludge collected in and outside of the tank and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 50 meter. (b) Washing with clean water thoroughly complete tank internally and finally cleaning with bleaching powder. (c) writing date of cleaning on the sump.

S&F inreplacement of GI water tubing, medium grade, galvanised (ISI marked as IS-1239), with all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor trench complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows,flanges Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following sizes:-

M&L for cutting of existing GI pipe in trenches of size 80/50/40 mm dia for new branch connections including necessary excavation and earth works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of transportation charges from site to workshop and back.

M&L in replacement re-winding of motor of submersible pump set of 10HP to 12.5 HP capacity with suitable size copper conductor wire including insulating material and transportation of the repair motor of MES installation to workshop and back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of transportation charges from site to workshop and back.

S&F in replacement for submersible cable flat 6 Sqmm 3 core for bore well of any depth with fitting and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Lifting of motor/ pumping set from the existing sewage well of any depth with chain and pulley arrangement and lowering down the motor/pumping set after repairing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out Manhole cover and Desludging the existing manhole septic tank including removing of Sludge/Mud/Muck, Desilting/Dechocking with combine high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and disposed off outside MD land and blocking of the sewage line of septic tank to stop the entry of waste water/sludge/mud in sewage well complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disposal of waste water up to 06 feet of Sewage well and 04 Feet of Man Hole by using Portable sewage pumping set of capacity 12 HP and filling of waste water in a covered trolley and disposed off outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removal of Sludge/Mud/Muck/Waste material/Silt upto a depth of 14 feet , Desilting/Dechocking with high pressure super socker machine and cleaning of surface of sump of sewage well using wire brushes and other scrapping tools to remove dirt and scales to make it free from all deposits and disposed of the same to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening of Manhole cover and connecting of the sewage line of septic tank with sewage well complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement for nuts, bolts, rubber gasket complete set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :One job shall be inclusive of all nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket required for lifting/lowering of pipe line for one pumping set. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of monoblock pump of capacity up to 15HP at site and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of the monoblock pumpset of 10HP to 12.5 HP capacity with suitable size copper conductor wire including insulating material and transportation of the repair motor of MES installation to workshop and back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of transportation charges from site to workshop and back.

S&F in replacement of battery 180 Ah,12 Volts maintencance free including battery termail alongwith connecting wire of suitable gauge upto 2 mtr length min as required on site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Exide/Amaron/ Luminious.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables or other items and getting out soil in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 1.0 m (internal dimensiions), stone/ brick construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:2:4) type D-2, brick masonary in cement mortor (1:4) rendering 12 mm duck in cement mortar (1:4) internally, finished even and smooth and pointing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortor. Mild steel angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm frame MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the that as approved by the GE over a cost of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bitumenous paint and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement ball brass valves of 25mm ,high pressured,with polythene float, flynut,screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
