Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F white non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and incl screed bedding 15mm thick in cm(1:6),complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles 350 mm x 250mm x 7 mm/ 450x300x7 mm thick over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Joint less non skid ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished dark shade, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and incl screed bedding 15mm thick in cm(1:6),complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering/plastering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering/plastering, 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering/plastering, 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exe 1 sqm and not exc 2 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 105x60mm for door and window frames with one rebate including lock strike plate, shock absorbers, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, butt hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc and treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats and hold fasts/lugs with a coat of coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.
