Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface including complete removal by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulded, moss, efflorscent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm on walls over 2mm thick plaster of paris putty as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(300 x 450 x 7)mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles as on walls/ vertical surfaces over 10mm cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) , removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick Light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 49 above but in Skirting/Dado, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone flooring 20-22 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing ( mirror finish) (Each stone not less than 55 cms x 55 cms) over 15mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:4) as in floor finished rough including roughening of existing surfaces by pick axicess and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab 20-22mm thick in skirting, dado and pillar and riser of stair case (in single piece) size (0.90-1.00x 18-25cm) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and polishing ( mirror finish) over 15 mm thick rendering in CM ( 1:4) including taking out of existing dado, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No 52 but in tread of stair case in single piece.

40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

This layer allowed to air cure for 4 hours (c) The slope shall be 1:20 towards the corner of outer wall and GI pipe of 50mm dia (medium grade) be inserted at corner projecting out side 20cm (d) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC to be provided while concrete on green (e) Joints of trap WC/Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound Note : (I) Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixted with water proofing compound (WPC) as per manufactures instructions. Before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken shall be tested with water for 48 hours for any leakage/dampness is seen in ceiling below. then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage. (II)Only floor area shall be measured for payment purpose

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fans of any size/make, cleaning its dust particles oiling, greasing, one coat of synthetic enamel white spray painting with blade ,reassemble the same along with all fittings and hanging the same back to its original position including connecting the wire to ceiling rose etc complete after completing the wiring all directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The spares parts like condensor, ball bearing, fan hook, nuts & bolts, connecting rods & hooks etc if found defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the ceiling fans functional.
