(For PH No. 1 Nigana Canal & For PH No. 2 Nigana Canal).

VT Axial flow pumps with 25 feet lift type vertical flange mounted & as per approved technical specification with earthing of motor. (For PH No. 1 Nigana Canal & PH No. 2 Nigana Canal).

Axial flow pumps of 1440 RPM, having static lift of 8.5 feet, including MS delivery pipe 6 meter each with all flanges , Y- body as per actual site requirement and MS delivery bends of minimum 8 mm thickness with bituminous based paint inside & outside including flange welded, HT nut-bolts, Siphon Breaker Valve bell mouth and support of bend with any other left over item duly painted inner and outer side complete in all respect, as per site included of all civil work also and as per approved technical specifications. Supply, erection and commissioning of solid shaft motor of capacity 30 HP, 1440 RPM, 3 phase 415 Volt+-10% , 50 HZ with efficiency class IE2 (as per IS 12615 with latest amendments) suitable for 5 Cs. VT Axial flow pumps with 8.5 feet lift type vertical flange mounted & as per approved technical specification (For Tosham hill Pump House & For Bhurtana minor Pump House).

Supply, erection and commissioning of MCC Panel of 1600 Amp. Capacity with all accessories as one incomer ACB 4 pole 1600 Amp. with 4 No. outgoing each of having MCCB of 630 Amp. alongwith an-addl. MCCB of 100 Amp. for lighting loads, Indicators, Relay, Meters, Push buttons, bus bars to be connected with item at (9.1) with suitable capacitor bank 300 KVAR with 8 step APFCR, digital display instruments & other allied accessories for running of 4 Nos. 225 HP motors. Each Stage should have protection through separate MCCB as per approved design of LTDB panel with a stand of MS Channel ( 1.5 ft. Up from floor) & as per approved technical specification with earthing.(For PH No. 1& 2 Nigana Canal).

Supply, erection and commissioning of Fully Automatic ATS Starter 225 HP (complete in all respect like relays, indicatos, timer etc) with suitable Contactor rating with first filling of oil ( if oil cooled ATS used).

Supply, erection and commissioning of 60 HP Fully Automatic ATS Starter with MCCB of 160 Amp., 3 Pole, 415 Volt, 50 Hz. with Air Breaker Power Contactors of 150 A/100A/65A with digital meter, motor protection relay, indicators etc. complete in all respect degree of protection IP 54 1/C connections and small items as thimbles, nut/bolts, lugs etc. with a stand of MS channel (1 feet up from floor level) as per sites requirement and as per technical specifications (For Escape Reserviour Nigana Feeder).

Supply, erection and commissioning of LTDB Panel of 250 Amp. Capacity with all accessories as one incomer ACB 250 Amp. with 3 No. outgoing each of having MCCB of 100 Amp. along with an-addl. MCCB of 63 Amp. for lighting loads, Indicators, Relay, Meters, Push buttons, bus bars and with 3 No. Fully Automatic ATS Starters (Completed in all respect like relays, indicators timer etc.). of 3 No. 30 HP Motors each with MCCB of 100 Amp. with contactor rating as 70, 40, 25 Amp. with first filling of oil (if oil cooled ATS used) starter with designed capacitor bank of 30 KVAR capacity with 8 step APFCR, digital display instruments & other allied accessories for automatic as well as manual operation of capacitor bank suitable for 3 Nos. 30 HP motors. Each Stage should have separate protection through MCCB. One No. Incomer MCCB of 100 Amps to be provided for Capacitor Bank. The LTDB should be as per approved design of HID at Annexure C. with a stand of MS Channel (1.5 ft. Up from floor) & as per approved technical specification with earthing. Supply, erection and commissioning of LT Power cable – LT Power Cables 3 Core X 185mm2 Copper Conductor XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armored (Galvanized steel strip), Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 with Copper thimble, nut & bolt and other allied material completed in all respect (for various Pump Houses of Nigana Canal System)

Supply of LT Armoured PVC aluminium cable of size 630mmsq. 3 core core confirming to IS 7098-1995 as per approved make and also laying of PVC cable included of all civil work & also dismantling of old cable. (For PH No. 1 Nigana Canal & (For PH No. 2 Nigana Canal).

Supply of LT Armoured PVC aluminium cable of size 120mmsq. 3.5 core confirming to IS 7098-1995 as per approved make and also laying of PVC cable included of all civil work & also dismantling of old cable. (For Escape Reservoir at N/F).

Supply, erection and commissioning of MS Girder make TATA, JINDAL,SAIL – Total 265 mtr (Conforming to IS 12778 : 2004) size ISMB 350mm x 140 mm) (Weight per kg/mtr. 52.4) with primer and Bituminous Based Paint inside & outside. Note : 1. Removal of existing girders, VT axial flow Pumps with Motors and after commissioning of work again installation of the same (VT axial Flow pumps with motors) & also welding work will be complete by the agency in all respect with including all civil works (for various Pump Houses of Nigana Canal System

Supply errection and laying down of Grating (247.9 sq area of various sites)) (Weight per kg/mtrsq. 46 ) as per approved make TATA, JINDAL,SAIL at pump base duly painted also including dismantaling of old one & also welding work completed in all respect , including all civil work required for proper fixing. (for various Pump Houses of Nigana Canal System)

S/E/C of Trash rack with MS component duly dual painted as:- 55 no. trash racks (different sizes according to sites ) each weighting 3 quintol each MS angle 50 x50 x 6 mm with spacing of 2.5 inch 35 x6 mm MS flat Sizes as per various actual sites. For PH No. 1,2,3,4,5,8,9 Nigana Canal & New Sangwan PH)

Dry type Cast Resin Voltage Step Down System ( X’mer, Shunt Capacitor Bank with reactor 200 kVar, VCB Panel I/O, 11 kv cable from Pole to VCB Panel & VCB to Transformer, LA (pole) with counter, LA(line), foundation for X'mer,Chemical Earthing (Neutral = 2 Nos. Body = 2 Nos., Pole & GO switch = 1 No., LA = 2 nos. VCB Panel = 2 Nos.), Stone pitching, fencing, Laying of HDPE pipe for cables, GO switch & Termination Kits) for 11/.433kV having Capacity of 1.6 MVA with transient Voltage protection system to protect the X’mer against High Voltage Surges of make Siemens / ABB / Schneider / GE.
