SCH 'A' PART -IX (MISC E&M AND B/R ITEMS) S&F Nylon wire bird proof netting of HDPE twine of 1.00mm dia and having mesh size 25mm x 25mm square or diamond type black UV stablized including supporting of all mesh netting by 10mm dia nylon rope by steel hooks of suitable size and other required fixing arrangments as in ceiling on existing trusses of hangers complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, specified & directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall also include the following elements:- (a) Fixing & installation of wire netting with nylon rope and by other means as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE and shall be got done from manufacturer's team as per authorised firm handling netting solutions of skilled workers as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. (b) Provision of requisite necessary scafolding as well as other works nature i.e civil welding etc required to execute/ complete the work shall be provided by the contractor. please also note that scaffolding provided shall be of requisite strength/design to avoid any mishappening/accident. Any compansation on account of any accident/mishappening/damage occured shall be paid by the contractor as per rules and regulations of labour contract act or any other similar staturatory rule applicable. (c) Contractor shall arrange all safety measures for workers to avoid any mishappening during execution of work and also covered all workers with insurance. (d) The work has been executed at Hanger roof ceiling and no any extra payment shall be made by Govt for extra height. Contractor may quoted their rate as per site conditions with considering all above aspects.

M&L 16mm thick of size 600 x 600 mm mineral fibre false ceiling sytem of pattern classic lite RH 99 (bevelled tegular) of Armstrong or equivalent make and model including grid system using hot dipped galvanised steel section, exposed surface with pre-powder coated capping, main runner and cross runner and to comprise main tee/runner 15mm x 38mm size (load carring capacity 14 Kg/Sqm) spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structrucal soffit and flush fitting 1200mm long cross tee/runner to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600mm module cut sub cross tee/runner 600 mm required independent support. Wall angle of size 19mm x 19mm secured to the periphery of the wall at 450mm maximum centres. The above grid is suspened at every 1200mm centre to centre in both direction and starting from wall at the distance 350 mm from wall by using 4mm dia aqauline wire and adjuster with suitable fasteners and hook clip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured galvalume profile sheet in roofing shall be with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm (minimum) base metal thickness (BMT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall confirm to physical specifications of ASTM-792 or equivalent. colour coated galvalume sheet shall have maximum pitch of 250 mm C/C and minimum 28 mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The steel sheet shall be coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Aluminiumm, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% silicon) coating AZ 150 as 150 gm/Sq. mt total on both sides. The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificates for the chemical and mechanical properties, confirming genuinity of materials including base metal thickness paint thickness and AZ 150 coating thickness must be submitted for approval to GE prior to the installation / fixing. The manufacturer of sheet should submit related documents for expected product service performance of pre painted metal sheet as per relevant ASTM/ IS. Manufacturer‟s recommended installation methodology shall be adopted for installation of roofing including profiled sheet, capping, trims, flashings, gutter and all types of accessories considered for roofing. Fastener shall be used for fixing roofing system as per manufacturer‟s recommendation. The painting shall be coloured based enamel super durable polyester with silicon coating of film thickness of minimum 25 micron (including primer) on top and minimum 10 micron (including primer) on interior face. The paint shall be of shade as approved by GE. The sheet shall have wide pans with minimum 2 (TWO) small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed with self-driling screws as per manufacturers instructions completed all as specified and directed. Note : Total thickness of sheet with BMT , AZ 150 coating and painting shall be minimum 0.575 mm thick. If 0.575 mm thickness sheet is not available in market then next higher thickness of sheet shall be applicable without any price adjustment.

S&F UPVC sliding 2 track window of wall thickness 1.2mm + 0.25 mm made out of extruded section plain UPVC sections. The window frame made out of rigid UPVC sections meter cut at 4 corners & joint with plastic fusion welding with internal reinforcement required.
