Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tile in floor of size 600mmx600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 laid on 20mm thick cement motar 1:4 (1cement : 4sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T & P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (For new work only)

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified Industrial floor Tiles Primum Grade of size 300mmx300mm having thickness 8mm to10mm confiring to IS 4457 on 20mm thick. Cement mortar (1;4) filling joint with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials,labour T&P etc. Complete as per direction of E.I.C.(For new work only)

Painting with enamel paint of approved quality and shade over surface with 2 coats over 1 coat of primer etc.

Supplying fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. c/c and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Priming 1 coat with any appproved wall Primer including cost of Primer. (G.F)

Distempering two Coats to Walls with distempering of approved shade on new work to given an even shade including cost of distemper.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of weather coat. (G.F)
