Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground floor) and including removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and asdirected.

S&F coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

S&F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match set over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) 25mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or disturbed concrete surfaces above skirting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on newly plastered wall surfaces incl preparing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Resecuring or easing and adjusting without taking of shutter exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2.0 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 20cmx20cmx25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished in floors incl Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete green, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
