Removing/taking out of old and unserviceable top of table office clk and supply & fixing of new top of size 1350mm x 83cm of table office clk made out from 18/19mm thick particle board commercial type (ISI Marked) duly pasted with 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet teak veneered mat finish shade of approved quality with approved adhesive and provided with beading all-round of top with 19 x 4mm teak wood to be fixed with 20mm panel pin complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Taking out and removing old u/s drawer of table office clk and S&F new drawer made out of 1st class teak wood well seasoned free from cracks, sapwood etc. except bottom portion of drawer which shall made out of 6mm thick plywood 5ply commercial BWR grade, ISI marked complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing of old and u/s knob of table office clk and S&F new CP round knob 35mm dia of approved quality duly fixed with screws to the table office clk complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Removing of old and u/s long stiffener from table office clk and S&F new long stiffener made out of 1st class teak wood well seasoned free from knots cracks, sapwood complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Taking /removing of old u/s mirror with frame of dressing chest with mirror and supply and fixing of new mirror 5mm thick (make : Saint Gobain /modiguard) with frame made out of 1st class hard wood frame and back side 6mm plywood including finishing the surface with two coats of French polish complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Taking out/removing of old and u/s ply wood from back of dressing chest with mirror and supply & fixing of new ply wood back 6mm commercial ply ( 5 ply) and finish the surface with two coats of French polish complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Taking out/removing of old and u/s shutters of dressing chest with mirror and supply & fix of new shutter made from 18/19mm particle board one side teak veneered (ISI Marked) fixed with 50mm butt hinges MS medium grade and 100mm aluminium handle and finish the surface with two coats of French polish complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Taking out old u/s drawers of dressing chest with mirror and supply and fix new drawers made out of 18/19mm thick particle board, 12mm thick Ist class teak wood free from knots, sapwood etc. and 6mm thick commercial ply wood (ISI marked) as shown in drawing duly fitted with 100mm ‘D’ type aluminium handle and finish with two coats of French polish complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Taking out old and broken legs of teapoy and S&F of new legs of sizes 515 x 45 x 45mm made out of well seasoned teak wood and finishing the surface with two coats of French polish complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Taking out old u/s mild steel cleats and S&F new mild steel cleats as per existing size and shape including adjusting shelves in shape complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of door shutter hinges of almirah steel small with shelves by fixing dislocated hinges by spot welding (each spot of welding exc.2.5 cm and n.exc 5cm) thickness of material be welded shall be n. exc 6mm complete all as directed.

Taking out of broken and u/s handle of almirah steel with shelves and supply and fixing of new steel CP handle of approved quality (godrej pattern) complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable rusted legs of almirah steel small with shelves and S&F new legs made out of MS plain black sheet 1.6mm thick duly welded to bottom of almirah steel small with shelves, with and including red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable rusted shelves of almirah steel small with shelves and S&F new shelves made out of MS plain black sheet 1mm thick with and including red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable locking arrangement 3 way and supply & fixing new locking arrangement made out of 10mm dia rod of required length of Almirah Steel small complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality olive green colour( internally and externally) including top, bottom and legs to almirah small steel with shelves by spraying machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

Make of Cane:-Ajay/Premier/Aryan or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

Repairs to old damaged U/S automatic locking device from drawer of table Office Offrs steel by straightening the channel and spot welding, each spot of welding exc 2.5cm but n.exc 5cm) and thickness of metal to be welded shall not be less than 6mm complete all as directed.

BOOK CASE STEEL (Drg No. FD-90M & FD-1028)

Removing of old U/S damaged glass shutter including locks & handle from book case steel and supply and fix new glass shutter and lock of approved quality and repairing of shutter frame glass and automatic rolling accessories before fixing of glass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface and applying a coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality olive green colour( internally and externally) including top, bottom and legs to book case steel by spraying machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE 32mm DIA (Drg No. FD-220)

Removing of old U/S long rail from Charpoy GI Pipe and supply & fix new long rail made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly threaded at both ends and fixed on the existing charpoys all as specified and shown on drg. Make :TATA /JINDAL/SURYA /BANSAL

Removing of old U/S broken short rail from Charpoy GI Pipe and fixing of short rail made out from U/S long rail obtained from serial item No 5.1 above duly threaded both ends and fixed in existing charpoy complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out old U/S GI Elbow from Charpoy GI pipe and Supply & fix new GI elbow 3 way 32mm dia medium grade ISI mark to existing Charpoy GI pipe complete all as directed.

Taking out old U/S GI check nuts from Charpoy GI pipe and supply & fix new GI Check nuts 32mm dia to existing Charpoy GI pipe complete all as directed.

Removing of old U/S broken legs from Charpoy GI pipe and fixing only legs made out from old U/S long rail and short rail obtained from item No 5.1 and 5.2 above duly threaded and welded new mild steel FI of size 25x3mm MNF set clamps and 6mm thick MS plate at the bottom of the legs complete all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe, supply and fixing of new 12mm thick(7 Ply) Plywood, BWR grade ISI Marked of Size 1.98 meter x 0.90 Meter including providing 03 Nos of stiffener of size 900mmx50mmx6mm of MS flat iron of size 25mmX3mm duly welded with long rails with 90 degree bend at both ends at an appropriate distance so as to fit tightly against the inner walls of both long rails at an equal intervals to provide more strength to hard top . Necessary holes or perforation shall be made on GI Pipe (3 holes on each long rails, 02 holes on each short rails and 01 hole on each stiffener) and fixing with suitable size of screw/locknuts/and bolts as directed by Engr- in-Charge. Plywood shall be rounded off and suitably holed with rose bit to prevent head of nuts/bolts from protruding Out. All four corners bottom of plywood to be chiseled suitable sheared off to the extent to ensure housing of raised portion of elbow and check nuts if required to make the plywood sit flat on long rails evenly through out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old broken and damaged top of table dining ORs and S&F new top made out by 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board (ISI Marked) bonded with phenol formaldehyde exterior grade one side teak veneered finish and other side having balancing white lamination with 19x4mm teak wood beading all round the top and the wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of French polish after preparation the surface complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out old U/S rusted components of table dining ORs & S&F the following new components made out of 25mm square tube of 1.6mm thick MS sheet of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed:-

Legs of table dining ORs 71cm long

Long side rail of Size 162cm.

Short rail of Size 52cm long.

Stiffener of Size 47cm long.

Stiffener of Size 158cm long.

M&L for electric welding in repairs of dislocated broken frame of table dining ORs length of welding exc 2.5cm but not exc 5 cm in each spot measured separately thickness of metal to be welded shall not be less than 6mm complete all as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green colour (internally and externally) including preparation of old painted surfaces using compressor spray machine to steel surfaces of table dining ORs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old U/S broken short rail from Charpoy GI Pipe and fixing of short rail made out from U/S long rail obtained from serial item No 35.10 above duly threaded both ends and fixed in existing charpoy complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking out old U/S GI Elbow from Charpoy GI pipe and Supply & fix new GI elbow 3 way 32mm dia medium grade ISI mark to existing Charpoy GI pipe complete all as directed.

Taking out old U/S GI check nuts from Charpoy GI pipe and supply & fix new GI Check nuts 32mm dia to existing Charpoy GI pipe complete all as directed.

Removing of old U/S broken legs from Charpoy GI pipe and fixing only legs made out from old U/S long rail and short rail obtained from item No 35.10 and 35.20 above duly threaded and welded new mild steel FI of size 25x3mm MNF set clamps and 6mm thick MS plate at the bottom of the legs complete all as directed.

Removing/taking out old u/s Ply wood from existing charpoy GI pipe with ply top and S&F new hard top of plywood 12mm thick (7 ply, BWR grade, ISI marked) of size 900x1980mm as approved with appropriate steel nuts & bolts of size 75mm long after tightening the frame of Charpoy GI complete all as specified and as directed. Removing of old unserviceable top of table 900 x900 x760 mm steel and S&F new top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (ISI Marked) exterior grade one side teak veneered finish and other side having balancing white lamination with 19mm x 4 mm teak wood beading all around the top and polishing to wooden surfaces with French polish including preparation of surfaces by scrapping /smoothing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting to steel frame of table 900 x900x 760 mm steel by two coats of synthetic enamelled paint olive green colour including preparation of old painted surfaces by scrapping out old dirt stains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electric welding to the broken /dislocated 25 x 25 mm square tube rails of tables 900 x900x 760 mm steel , length of welding exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm ( each spots measured separately) thickness of metal to be welded not less than 6 mm , complete all as specified and directed.
