| 3Maintenance of garden areas, including watering, planting, weeding, and application of suitable fertilizers and pesticides at required intervals to ensure the healthy growth and development of plants, shrubs, trees and lawn areas. Cutting and removal of tall grass, weeds, bushes, shrubs and unwanted vegetation using a brush cutter machine. Trimming and maintaining the lawn to a uniform height and in a neat, clean and attractive condition using a lawn mower machine. Cutting of small leaves and soft stems, pruning and trimming of flowers and small plants using suitable garden scissors and other necessary gardening tools. The work shall also include collection, removal and disposal of garden waste, as well as the cost of engine oil, fuel and other consumables required for operation of the machinery and equipment etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. | |||||
