Description of work - Maintenance and changing of hoist rope and brake shoe of 01 no. 20/05 capacity Electrical Overhead Travelling (EOT) crane at NWS Dozer Section , Nigahi Project Maximum likely numbers of manpower required for job per shift : 06 no.( Skilled 03 , Semi skilled 02 , Unskilled 01 )
Scope work :-1. Cleaning of hoist drum area of EOT crane. 2. Broken rope cutting and dismantling of EOT crane. 3. Demounting of rope clamp, bracket, nut and bolts of drum area. 4. Demounting and mounting of Hoist rope drum 5. New Rope standard size fitting of EOT crane. 6. Fitting of rope clamp, bracket, nut and bolt of drum. 7. Greasing of drum bearing, rope, pulley, etc. 8. Tools and Tackles will be provided departmentally.
Cost/ charges for all the above mentioned jobs at Sl No. 3 including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc. charges etc. as per scope of work (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Electrician, Semi-skilled and Un skilled manpower)
Scope of work :- 1. Demounting of hoist drum LHS and RHS brake assembly. 2. Demounting of broken brake shoe and wornout 3. Mounting of new brake shoe for brake shoe assembly 4. Demounting of Broken Pulley 5. Mounting of hoist drum LHS and RHS brake shoe assembly 6. Mounting of Broken pulley
Cost/ Charges for machining towards making of 02 Nos. new spacer ( OD120mm x ID115mm x width 25mm x 2 Nos.)
Cost/ Charges for machining for bearing outer area ( OD120mm x ID115mm x width 25mm x 2 Nos.)
Cost/ charges for all the above mentioned jobs at Sl No.4 including labour charges, contractor profit and any other misc. charges etc. as per scope of work (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Electrician, Semi-skilled and Un skilled manpower)
