Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying CI/GI/DI pipelines, n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above tile starting point in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for constructing chamber (sump) of internal dimensions 2.5m x 1.5 m x 1.5m suitable for collecting water from overflows and washout, including necessary earthwork, provision of foundation with PCC 1:4:8, solid block masonry with type C-1 blocks set in CM 1:4, 75 mm thick PCC flooring, 4 mm thick sheet cover for double door, fixed to MS angle iron frame 50x50x6mm embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements, including application of 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of chemical dosing system with pump set consisting the following, including removing old unserviceable dosing system complete all as specified and directed. (a) Preparation Tank : Water inlet line, outlet with strainer, drain, overflow, conical bottom for sludge disposal, port hole with cover, level guage, agitator : 120 watt, RPM/Pole - 960/2, Single phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft & impeller. (b) Service Tank : Water inlet, dosing pump mounting provision on lid/ wall, drain, overflow, level guage, inspection port Make: Altoch Model No ADS-DUO (Item No ADS 200) or Declibac or equivalent Notes: 1. Agitator motor must possess following specification :- (a) Supply - 220 + 10% Volts, Single Phase, 50+ 5% Hz, Current consumption - 0.65 Amperes, KW (HP) - 0.18 (0.25) Duty s1, RPM/POLE - 960/2, Motor shaft dia : 15 mm x length = 50 mm. (b) Motor should be flange mounted on 04 Nos of 7 mm dia holes at PCD 150 mm

Supply, fixing and commissioning of 3 phase induction monoblock centrifugal pumpset 50 HP capacity, max head 180 Mtr and max discharge 2280 LPM including removing old unserviceable pumpset complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old u/s pumpset shall be deposited in MES store yard by the contractor.

S & F Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, three phase suitable for 150 mm dia bore well including delivery pipe of suitable size, of capacity 10 HP, 8 Stage Max Head 108 Mtr and Max discharge 250 LPM including removing old unserviceable pumpset complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old u/s pumpset shall be deposited in MES store yard by the contractor.

Supply, fixing and commissioning of 3 phase induction monoblock centrifugal pumpset of 10 HP capacity, 7.5 kW, max head 60 mtr and max discharge 300 LPM including removing old unserviceable pumpset complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old u/s pumpset shall be deposited in MES store yard by the contractor.

S & F in repairs submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, three phase suitable for 150 mm dia bore well including delivery pipe of suitable size, of capacity 4 HP, 3 KW, 60 LPM, Max Head 44 Mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old u/s pumpset shall be deposited in MES store yard by the contractor.

M & L for cutting existing CI/GI pipe line of any type/size and making connections complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for supply cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends, of following dia of bore, vertically cast, class B, in any length, laid in trenches including taking down old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets and spigot), collars, caps and plug etc suitable for CI pipes upto 150mm dia including taking down all unserviceable bends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering submersible copper cable of 3 core 20 sqmm, 1100 Volt, flat type including taking down all unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrical and water pipe connections of submersible motor pump set of capacity upto 10 HP, taking out the motor pump set from borewell with HDPE delivery pipe, using necessary T&P and developing the borewell for six hours with air compressor machine of capacity 250 PSI and 550 Cfm till clear water is obtained from the borewell and all the blocked stainers are opened upto depth of 300 feet, re-lowering the pump set along with HDPE delivery pipe into the borewell complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of DG Set and DHPP fuel consmuption as required for above job, if any.

M & L for providing run lead joint for spigot and socket pipes of 150 mm dia bore for jointing in existing CI line, fittings, bends & other accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cast iron sluice valve, PN 1.6, of 150 mm dia bore with flanged ends, ISI marked with gun metal spindle, CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle including jointing material such as nuts/bolts, washers and rubber insertion sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cast iron sluice valve, PN 1.6, of 100 mm dia bore with flanged ends, ISI marked with gun metal spindle, CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle including jointing material such as nuts/bolts, washers and rubber insertion sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cast iron non return sluice valve, PN 1.6, of 150 mm dia bore with flanged ends, ISI marked with gun metal spindle, CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle including jointing material such as nuts /bolts washers and rubber insertion sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high density poly ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kgf/cm2 suitable for borewell sumbersible pumps of size 50 to 63 mm complete all as specified and directed.
