Dismantling of existing tanks capacity exc. 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltr,and removing.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc incl. raking out joints ,hacking for key and scrubbing down with water upto 4 storeys building complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement upto 4 storeys building with water proofing compound complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on Bk surfaces on fair face of brick work and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing surfaces of new plaster on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resitant primer complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs angle valve ,stop valve, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank & cup (concealed type) with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15mm bore.

S&F in repairs pillar tap, fancy type,cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with capston heads screwed down, high pressure with or without lettered hot or cold with long screwed shames and fly nuts, screwed for 15mm bore pipe

S & F in repairs fancy type 15mm dia Brass CP wall mixer/basin hole mixer/sink mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles , 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, in floors/wall etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over including 15 mm thick screed bead in CM 1:4, including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Premium quality) of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7 thick on vertical surface such as in dado/skirting/risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles, 9 to 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile n.exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors/wall etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over 15 mm thick screed bead in CM 1:4, and including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No24 above but as in skirting/ dado etc with and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 an wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of stone slab.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin of size 550mm x 400mm white, flat back including angle iron brackets with two coats of synthetic enamel paints including PVC waste pipe of 32mm dia of suitable length, PVC connection of 15mm dia & 450mm long with PTMT nuts, and 32mm dia brass waste fitting complete all as specified.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “orrisa” pattern of size 580mmx440mm “white” with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl provision of cement concrete bedding, ‘P’ trap 110mm dia connection to trap and flushing pipe, anti-syphonage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path/hardstanding/subbase etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper, including repairing of pot holes and cracks with putty. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepation of old painted wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old previously painted concrete surfaces of Kerb stone etc over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, alternate in blue/black and white colour complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing roof treatment with mud faska including bedding layer in cement mortar and removing the material outside of MoD land to a distnace upto 18 KM complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, padding, rounded or chamfered on edges without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions Complete all as directed and specified. Note : WPC shall be paid and measured seperately under relavent item of Sch A.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:-(a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface.(b) Laying of 3mm thick prefabricated APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 170 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre polished kota stone slab 20 mm(+-2mm) thick in tread of steps, and similar over cement screed 20 mm thick in cm 1:4 base laid and jointed with grey slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing, grinding and polishing including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

All as per item no.57 above but riser on stair case, skirting on walls etc incl the surface with . jointed with grey slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding and polishing including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for false ceilings using GI snap grid system with roll-formed out of hot dip galvanised steel caping (powder coated) main runner 38 x 24 mm , cross Tee 29 x 24 mm and wall angle 24 x 24 mm members suspended with 4mm dia GI wire, carry maximum load up to 8.10 Kg/Sqm with 4mm thick designer ceiling board , pre painted Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions size 595 x 595mmx 4mm thick any texture (Lake and Hill, oceaniccascade or Electra) as approved by GE all as per , Everest Ceiling grid system 'Regular T-2430' or its equivalent make of "'Ramco, Charminar/Armstrong'' at any height all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
