Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pressed steel frame 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick Mild steel sheet including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plates complete, providing mild steel 6 mm dia threshold bar including filling hollow frame with plain cement concrete with and including one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- PCC for filling of frame shall be measured and paid separately here-in-after under relevant item of this schedule.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for filling hollow pressed steel door frames complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class hard wood factory made 35 mm thick panelled door shutter (two panel) factory made, with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and style as per IS 1003 (part-I) klin seasoned and chamically treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood, Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing chamfered plain or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium sections as in frames/ shutter of sliding or openable doors/ window/ ventilators including necessary joining cleats, screws, rollers etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. minimum thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50 micron. 2. Weight of aluminium section only shall be measured and paid. 3. The rate shall be inclusive of neoprene beadings, 01 Nos of Handle (powder coated) 100 mm size for each leaf, 03 Nos of stainless steel hinges 75 mm Size for each leaf, 02 Nos of towerbolt (powder coated) 100 mm size for each leaf, 01 Nos hook and Eye for each leaf, fixing with Stainless steel screws minimum 02 nos roller per shutter etc., weight of fitting fixtures will not be measured for arriving the weight of aluminium section. 4. Glass and wooden panels shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 5. Design shall be approved from engineer-in-charge at site before fabrication and bulk order to the manufacturer.

Supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, size in squares/ rectangles not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, fixed in aluminium frame with EPDM packing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 3.0 mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet (ACP) colour as approved by GE, fixed to aluminium frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made box type steel section ventilator with top/ centre hung shutter double leaf shutter for glazing and wire gauze with pintle hinges & 01 No 150 mm mild steel tower bolt, hinges, steel peg stay, steel handle to each shutter, steel handle dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Glass/ Wire mesh required for fixing in ventilator will be measured and paid for separately.

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F of Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; manhole cover; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire & avg width of aperture 1.18 mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick figured (frosted) glass, pin head type, ordinary quality and fixed in any type of frame and glazing with oil putty (or beading) in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each panes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 200 mm size Aluminium barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 150 mm size Aluminium barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 150 mm size aluminium handle (ISI Marked) cast type, anodized, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminum alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt (ISI Marked) 250 mm long hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminum alloy complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, coloumns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position/ height by dismantling loose/ disintegrated portion including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements and fixing of reinforcement (cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips)/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15 mm to 50 mm thick, using 6 to 12 mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to three storey building if required and finished with 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 mm to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed for floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450 mm x 350 mm x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for receiving the tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface/ parapet wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces with or without mixing WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab in flooring, 18-20 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for 16-18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateform and like over and including 15 mm thick cement morter (1:4) bedding including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick baroda green stone, machine cut, laid over & including 15 mm thick (average thickness) screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade on kitchen plateform, RCC Counters, Stairs, window sill and the like including making hole for gas pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted as ordered, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (any colour), including making arrengements for necessary scafolding and safety equipments for carrying out work upto a height of four storey building complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preperation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 E-2, (using 40mm graded brick aggregates) as in sunken filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portion and adjoining walls of kitchen, WC, Bath & Toilet, etc, as follows, complete all as specified & directed :- (a) 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer's instructions shall be provided on sunken portion after roughening of surfaces. (b) Apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg/Sqm of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Pond curing of sunken portion for minimum of 48 hours. (e) Paste one layer of 3 mm thick APP membrance with bitumen by torch application to the the treated sunken surface. (f) Joints/ traps/ WC/ soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound

Supply and fixing in repair PVC (SWR) pipe and vent pipes, 110 mm bore of pressure rating 6 kg/ cm2, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with solvent cement laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC (SWR) pipe and vent pipe 110 mm of pressure rating 6 kg/ cm2, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with solvent fixed to walls including clamps as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
