The quantities given here under are tentative. They can vary on either side upto any extant,the contractor shall have no claim on account of changes and shall be paid of the quantities as physically met at site reach of work for complete work. (Rate are excluding GST)

Jungle Clearance cutting heavy under growth and bushes upto 7.50 cm diameter including Removal and proper disposal.

Earth work in Filling in Mar, Kabar, Ranker & Kanker Mixed Soil with all lead & lift including dressing making profile and manual compaction but excluding machenical compaction for proper completion of work.

Excavation of foundation in Mar, Rankar and Kankar Mixed soils including lift upto 1.5 meter and lead upto 30 meter including filling watering ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space and sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 meter from the foundation trenches.

Laying Sand filter in weep hole & stair with including all cost of labour Material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Centering & Shuttering for R.C.C./C.C. works including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying P.C.C. 1:3:6 cement concrete by mechanical mixing and mechanical vibrating, cement consumption of 4.30 bags per cum. Including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. all leads and lifts for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.R. 1:3 (cement and Coarse sand) Stone Masonry in Retaining wall and toe wall including all cost of material, leads and lifts labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying C.C. 1:2:4 cement concrete nominal mix by mechanical mixing and mechanical vibrating cement consumption of 6.10 bags per cum. Including cost of material labour and T&P etc. all leads and lifts for proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying R.C.C. 1:2:4 cement concrete nominal mix by mechanical mixing and mechanical vibrating cement Including cost of material labour and T&P etc. all leads and lifts for proper completion of job as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying of 80mm interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand, joint filled after labling and dressing base.including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Struck Pointing (Raised or struck deep on Stone masonry in cement or lime) including all cost of material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling exiting old plaster including disposal of refuse material with in distance of 60 M. including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing and Laying Brick work in stair wall with cement mortar (1 cement : 5 coarse sand)including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing & Laying 20 mm white albeta stone flooring over 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)laid over jointed with white cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing & Laying 20 mm thick cota stone flooring 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)laid over jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Turfing on slopes of Inspection House including cost of grass, by panting with khurpa, spreading and covering with 10mm thick earth. including all T&P required for proper completion of work.

Stretching barbed wire fencing per meter including barbed wire, nails, hooks, binding length wire and labour but excluding cost of post and including all T&P required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing of R.C.C. (1:2:4) post for Stretching barbed wire fencing including cost of steel, centering and shuttering and all material labour and T&P etc. all leads and lifts for proper completion of works as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , laying and fixing NP3 R.C.C. hume pipe 600 mm dia including carriage T&P material and labour etc for proper completion of work

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet Gate with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 3.15 mm thick M.S. gusset plates at the junctions corners, including supply and fixing of necessary fittings, lock rail of 15'' length of oxidised iron and including pintels, hooks at the top and applying a priming coat of red lead paint on all sides complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete.

Supply & Fixing of 4.5cm (13/4'') thick C.P. teak wood part panelled & Prat glazed door and window shutters including supply and fixing of wooden cleats and stops and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts locks handles springs and or other fitting but excluiding their supply and including painting with two coats of black japan on all iron fittings if necessary & including fixing the glass panells with putty & brad glass to be 0.64 kg (21 oz) fittings.

Thick complete with back of 600mm x 450mm x 6mm hard board sheet fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws and washers including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 750mm x 20mm size CP brass towel rail of approved quality(weight 275gms including brackets) with a pair of CP brass brackets (to fit the size of towel rail) fixed on the wall on wooden cheats with CP brass screws including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and cutting and making good the wall plaster etc. required for the work.

Supply and fixing of Factory wired integral LED Flood Light Luminaires with die cost aluminium housing built with driver set suitable for 140 to 150 watt. Confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect. Cat-A required for proper completion of work.
