Maintenance of Street Lights, High Masts on Delhi PWD Roads under PWD M-South Division during 2025-26

Supplying and fixing of Following sizes PVC Round Sheathed Multi Core Industrial Flexible unarmoured Copper conductor Cable in the surface of wall/ceiling/ in street light poles etc with the help of suitable size clamps etc complete as reqd. a) 3 core 1.5 sq. mm

Surveying the site, taking exact size of existing pole window box and then supplying & fixing of hot dip galvanised MS pole window cover with sleeve type arrangement of minimum width 100 mm thickness 3 mm on existing pole whose cover is missing i/c welding of sleeve around pole in ring pattern ,providing and fixing 2 Nos. allen bolt of suitable size as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note- Sample must approved before installation at site) a) For upto 12 Mtrs. Octagonal Pole

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Single pole

Replacement of old rusted of street light poles with new flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 10 mtrs. height made from 4 mm thick HT Steel plate, having bottom dia of 200 mm. & top dia of 100 mm. complete with window with flash cover at a height of 0.5 mtrs from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 320mm x 320mm x 20mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required i/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box provided for cable termination:- a) 6 mm thick laminated sheet mounted inside the window i/c providing and welding 3 Nos. GI flat strip 4 mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes - 2 Nos on each strips. b) 63 amps. terminal block suitable for 25 sq. mm conductor- 4 Nos. & shorting links as required. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length - 1 No. on the existing laminated sheet. c) 6 amp. SP MCB 'C' characteristics Curve - 1 Nos, earth stud - 1 Nos, welded at suitable height two nos washers, springs washers & nuts. d) Cable support clamp sutiable for 4 Nos. of 4 x 25 sqmm cable i/c less Credit of old dismental material

Providing and laying in position 1:1½:3 reinforced cement concrete foundation made out of ready mix M-20 grade concrete of size 600mm (L) X 600mm (B) wide and 1500mm deep i/c excavation of earth/WBM Road/CC Road, providing , cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm dia - 1600mm long (approx)-8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2800mm (approx) - 10 nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 90 mm. (O.D.) DWC, HDPE pipe for cable entry & exit etc complete as reqd. (Only RMC shall be used at site in presence of Engineer-In-Charge or his authorized representative)

Supplying and fixing 4 Nos. 24mm dia X 750mm long Gl foundation bolt (EN8 grade) with nuts. washer including 2 Nos. template of 3mm thick size 225 x 225 mm with 4 nos. 16 mm dia holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd.

Fabrication, supplying & fixing of Single/Double/Triple/Quadruple armed galvanized iron bracket of 1.0 mtr long arm of suitable dia on top/in between on suitable height in the existing pole as directed by Engineer-in-charge with the help of drilling, cutting, tightening bolts etc complete as reqd.(Sample must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before installation at site)

Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Street light LED fixture, powder coated pressure die cast aluminum body with built in or separate driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, freq 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -15 deg to 50 deg centigrade, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2 , P. F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >80 , under voltage and over voltage protection,EMIEMC as per CISPR-15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED,Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report , CCT 3000°K /4000°K / 5700°K /6000°K/6500°K (As per ANSI Bin) , SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report from NABL lab for all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminum housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C).

Supplying & laying of one number 4 x 25 sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade in the follwing manner etc as complete reqd.. a. In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required.

Supplying & Fixing of 110A 3 Pole ML-6 Power contactor in the existing panel etc complete as reqd.

Supplying & Fixing of Electronic Digital Timer in the existing panel etc complete as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.
