Charges for removal of mounting bolts after chipping the refractory inside the Bottom ash hopper, removing chute from bottom ash hopper 0dismantling the lever arms, bearing blocks with gun metal bushes and feed gates cleaning for deposits, emery polishing the gun metal bush and feed gate shafts both ends greasing reassembling, lifting and fixing the chute assembly in BAH. The rate includes overhauling of lever arm gun metal bush and connecting fork, patch welding of chutes, checking the function of feed gate, assembling the chute to the original position and commissioning the system.

Unbrako Bolts and nuts M24 x 120 with 2 nos washers for 30 nos bolts & nuts / chute .
