Boulder Revetment and RCC Check Dam with Brick Canal at Chakabaha Village under RIDF-XXXI

Part - A : Boulder Revetment

Clearing and grubbing surface drain including rank vegetation, grass, bushes, Shurb, Sapling etc.and dispose of unserviceable materials outside the periphery of the area. By manual means (In area of light jungle)

Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom,backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilising theremaining earth locally for road work.)

Boulder apron laid in wire crates (Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 40Kg each.)

Cost of Haulage excluding loding and unloading of Man size Boulder

Part -B : R.C.C. Check Dam

Site preparation: clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegeation, grass, bushes, shrubs, samplings and trees grith upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of the unserviceable materials etc. as directed

Excavation for Structure: Earth work in excavation of foundation for structures as per drawing & technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps & other deleterious matter, dressing of sides & bottom and backfilling in trenches with approved material.

Plain Cement Concrete: Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 normal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm normal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

RCC Works: RCC Works in in sub structure complete as per drawing & technical specification and steel shuttering form work.

Cost of Reinforcement: Supplying, fitting & placing TMT bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing & technical specifications.

Plastering of Walls: Plastering with cement mortar ( 1 : 3 ) on R.C.C. works as per technical specifications.

Filter Media: Providing and laying of filter media with granular material/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirment laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size toward the Head Wall to the full height compact to a firm condition complete as per drawing and specification.

Earth Filling: Earh Work in filling in front of the guid bund by head load up to lead of 60m with approved quality all leads and lifts ramming and compacting with rammer weighing not less than 10kg and falling from height of not less than 90cm and sprinkling with water if necessary.

In Periphery Bund (Both side of the structure) :

Turfing of Guid Bund with sods: Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, including preparation of ground, fetching of sods and watering as per Technical Specification.

Boulder Apron: Providing & laying boulder apron on gully bed in up stream and down stream of RCC structure for protection against scour with stone boulders weighting not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing & technical specifications.

Weep Hole: Providing Weep Holes in RCC Head Wall etc. with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Construction of diversion channel to flow the water of the propose site.

Earthwork in filling the diversion channel after completion of work.

Providing and laying hand tubewell.

Sign Board: Cost of RCC sign board including painting , writing & fitting fixing at project sit, complete.

Part - C : Brick Canal

Earth work in excavation foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification and specified

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after - Brick on flat soling

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggrete 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, place in foundation & compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/ Reinforced cement concrete inn open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification :- Random rubble masonry M20 Grade

Cost of Reinforcement Supplying, fitting & placing TMT CRS (Fe-500) bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing & technical specifications.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub structure complete as per technical specification

Plastering with cement morter (1:3) on R.C.C. works as per technical specifications. Thickness of plastering =12 mm
