R.C.C. work in Bed Lock/ Kitchen Plate of grade M20 having a minimum compressive strength work test of 200 Kg./cm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 20 mm size downgraded (20 mm not to exceed 25%) hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc of the M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wire tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works and for providing cost, conveyance of M.S. rod or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour, labour cess with T & P required for the work etc complete in all floors (Weight of binding wires and lapping & wastage of rod will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of actual length of M.S. rods or Tor steel only.)

16 mm thick cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with all labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of M.S. Window grill / M.S. Fixed Grill / M.S. grill gate made out of M.S. angle, M.S. flat & M.S. square etc including cutting, welding, all labour, labour cess and T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fitting & fixing of M.S. window grills including cost of screws, labour, labour cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Painting two coats with any approved paint to iron/wood work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to wall surface with any approved Distemper paint of approved shade to give an even shade after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of plain (Ivory) in approved make conforming to IS 13756 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1cement:4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess and T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
