P/F LOCKS TO MAIN DOORS (Either MS OR Wooden doors in all S/Q in WMS) Safety locks of approved make( GODREJ OR EQUIVALENT) of 7 levers with necessary allied civil works (Such as welding at site for fixing the lock in position etc depending upon the site requirements and type of door) all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Credit to the department by the Contractor for taking (a)dismantled damaged / defective C.P Brass/Brass/Gunmetal fittings such as ,Bib cocks , stop cocks, angle cocks, gate valves , ball cocks , waste couplings , towel rail , towel ring, Shower rose and other items identified by Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing blockages in Sewer lines of any diametre between over flowing blocked manholes of all sizes and depth including removal of sludge / silt /rubbish etc., and disposal of the same up to lead of 100m

Clearing of blockage in floor trap/ gully trap and conncected sewer line up to manhole at all levels including rodding with G.I wire of suitable thickness in blocked SWR pipes up to required length and removing rubbish / sludge and disposal of the same up to a lead of 100m complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing CP Brass waste coupling of size 32mm to 40mm dia. for kitchen sink / wash basin , Complete as per the directions of Engineer-in charge. Rate inclusive of removal of worn out waste coupling.

Cleaning of all windows, doors, cupboards including frame,shutter,grills by cleaning with dry cloth and wet cloth on both the faces using mild detergent and water spray bottle etc. to clean all the dust, bird droppings etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Removing all available window/ door curtain cloth ( approximately 10 nos) by removing curtain rod , dry cleaning and fixing the same in position etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Dismantling granite sink in the kitchen of size 1mx0.6m including dismantling wall and making good the same ,disposal of unserviceable materialwith in 50m lead etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing S.S. pipe curtain rods with SS brackets etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. : (a) 20mm dia

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning of water tank on terrace approximate capacity of 1500 litres manually using bleaching powder including necessary rubbing and cleaning of internal surfaces with clean water to make the tank odour free.
