Dismantling the R.C.C. Work 1:2:4 and sorting out the materials such as steel etc. as directed and stacking them within the specified lead as directed etc. complete.

Excavation for foundation in hard murum including removing the excavated material upto distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.50 m) By Manual Means

Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for bed blocks, foundation blocks and such other items including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade).

Providing and laying in situ /Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns and steel stanchions etc. including bailing out water, Steel centering formwork, laying/pumping cover blocks, compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-25 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. columns as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete,(Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1Kilogramper cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc.complete.

Providing and applying two coats of exterior acraylic emulsion paint confirming to corresponding I.S. of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning ,preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat ,scaffolding if necessary , and watering the surface for two days etc complete.

Providing and fixing in position 7mtr x 2 mtr size SS 304 Gate with having main frame of 65 x 40 mm x 5mm thickness SS 304 rectangle pipe and intermidate section 40 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm thickness SS 304 rectangular pipe as per approved design and type with gate supports, sliding track etc of GI material, wheels including automation of gate with reputed make motor with 1 puch button , 08 metal tack , 24 metal block a pair of safety sensor with 1 no flashing light and control+C36 panel etc complete

Supplying, installing and testing earthing with copper earth plate size 60 x 60 x 0.315 cm with funnel with a wire mesh for watering and brick masonry block C.l. cover with minimum 25 kg Carbon based environment friendly back fill ground ehancing compound complete with all accesories of copper materials & recording the results as per specification no EA-EP/EF

Supplying and erecting copper strip of required sizes used for earthing on wall and/or any other purpose with necessary aluminium clamps fixed on wall painted with bituminous paint with joints required as per specification no EA-EP.

Supplying & erecting solar lights with reliable & maintenance free as well as high energy generation with capacity 120W flood light having 2 years on site replacement warranty on 9 mtr octagonal pole having bottom 200 & top 100 mm with concrete foundations having solar panel,batter (capacity 150 AH X 2 Nos), Inverter, with battery box of suitable depth including all accessories such as switchgears, Controller, ON/OFF Push Button, LED Indicator, Cable, Isolator, DC Cables with necessary wiring & earthing etc. complete.

Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.
