ITEM NO.-01 : Providing, laying and compaction of surfacing works comprising of Scarifying of existing BT Surface, WMM 75 mm, DBM 50 mm, BC 30 mm, along with Tack Coat, Prime Coat, Road Marking with thermoplastic paint between Km 63.694 and Km 70.800 on Roing – Hunli road.

Providing, laying and compaction of 75 mm thick Water Bound Macadam for correction works confirming to MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), over existing surface including preparation of existing surface complete in all respect as specified and directed by OC Contract/Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and compaction of 50 mm thick DBM (Dense Bituminous Macadam) layer over existing road surface including preparation/scarifying and correction of existing surface wherever required, with pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-10 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of Table 500-08 of MORT&H Specifications of Road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) mixed with minimum 4.7% bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-30) by mass of total mix and 2% filler by weight of mix all as specified as per MoRT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision) complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying and compaction of 30 mm thick BC (Bituminous Concrete) layer over DBM layer including preparation and correction of existing surface, with pre-coated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-17 and aggregates satisfying the physical requirement of Table 500-16 of MORT&H Specifications of Road and bridge works (Fifth revision) mixed with minimum 5.6% bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-30) by mass of total mix and 2% filler by weight of mix all as specified as per MoRT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision) complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying of Prime Coat over WBM surface by mechanical means with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying prime @ of 7.5 Km/10 Sqm (RS-1 grade) using emulsion pressure distributor, confirming to clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications of Road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) complete in all respect and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying of Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm (RS-1 grade) or using low viscosity grade paving bitumen of VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom over DBM layer, all complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision) complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and applying of Road marking with thermoplastic paint (2.5 mm thick) conforming to MoRT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision): 803.4 and IRC/IS Codes as applicable including preparation of surface and application complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

ITEM NO.-02: Providing and fixing of Four rope wire rope safety fence/barrier work between Km 63.694 and Km 70.800 on Roing – Hunli Road.

Providing and fixing of 4 Rope Wire Rope Safety Fence/Barrier confirming to IRC 119-2015, Guidelines for Traffic Safety Barrier/IRC: SP-73:2015 Manual of Specifications & Standards for 2 laning of Highways with paved Shoulders and as per EN 1317-2, consisting of 4 pretensioned galvanized steel wire ropes supported by galvanized steel posts complete in all respect and all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. High tension 4 rope wire system confirming the requirements of EN 1317-2 for higher containment Level of H2 shall be used.(Sample Drg No. REHABLITATION/RH Rd/UDK/01/E6 Dt 18 Aug 2020).

ITEM NO.-03: Providing and fixing of Interlocking Concrete Block (80 mm) Pavement between Km 63.694 and Km 70.800 on Roing – Hunli Road standards conforming to IRC:SP:63-2018 “Guidelines for the use of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement” (Refer Drg NO REHABILITATION/R-H Rd/UDK/ 02 /E6 Dt 18 Aug 2020 )

Providing, laying and compaction of 150 mm thick (Two layers of 75 mm each ) Water Bound Macadam confirming to MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), over existing surface including preparation/scarifying and correction of existing surface complete in all respect as specified and directed by OC Contract/Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and compaction of 100 mm thick Water Bound Macadam confirming to MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), over existing surface including preparation/scarifying of existing surface wherever requiredcomplete in all respect as specified and directed by OC Contract/Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and compaction of sand bedding course 25 mm thick at the base of Interlocking Concrete Blocks complete in all respect as specified and directed by OC Contract/Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete (M-35Grade)for Edge Restraint Blocks/Kerbs of size 600 mm (L) x 500 mm (B) x 350 mm (H) on both sides of Interlocking Concrete Block pavement as per IS Codes including cost of all materials, labour, Machinery, Form work and quality controletc. complete in all respect as specified and directed by OC Contract/Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of 80 mm thick Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (M-40 Grade) complete in all respect as specified and directed by OC Contract/Engineer-in-Charge.
