S&F for two way bib tap 15mm bore CP fancy type complete all as specified and directed

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Material and labour for point wiring with two runs of single core FRLSH 1.5 Sq.mm. (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable confirming to IS. the wiring shall be drawn through and including not less than 20 mm nominal dia & 1.4 mm thick PVC concealed conduit complete with all accessories including Modular PVC Flush Box for fixing modular type switches, sockets, regulators etc. including provision of multistranded 1.5 Sq.mm. copper conductor as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board including modular cover plate complete all as directed all as specified. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Supplying, laying, connecting, jointing and testing in trenches 80 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K9 in any length with external protection of Metallic zinc with finishing layer of bituminous paint and internal linings of Portland cement (with or without additives) mortar with seal coat, all as per IS 8329: 2000 and including materials and jointing with rubber gasket for WA type of application and hardness class 50 for bulb and hardness class 80 for heel all as per IS 5382: 2018 and IS 12820: 2004 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : DI fitting shall be measured and paid separtely

M&L for cutting of existing road/hard standing for crossing of MS/DI/CI/GI Pipes for laying of pipe upto 200 mm dia bore Pipes including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix star rated monoblock pump with cast iron impeller, motor body and delivery casing and carbon steel shaft suitable for 415 V ,3 phase system having discharge 27 LPS + 5% at 20 meter head of capacity 10HP/7.5KW, Suction and delivery 100 mm Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling and tapping in GI/CI/DI water main of any size in position for branch connection of 200/80 mm bore of pipe complete with clamp, nut bolt, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Automatic power factor improvement capacitor ( APFC ) having aggregate capacity : 125 KVAR in 8 stages with micro processor based, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. Shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet having bus bar of aluminium 300 Amps capacity , three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeve with suitable frame work/ support made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm, front opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey RAL- 7035 shade. The scope of work also comprising of the following:-

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Supply & laying RCC septic tank (50 Users) designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, brick masonry wall, RCC M-30 Design Mix Base slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab includind beam etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc,complete as shown on drg No CEBZ/TD/76/2011 or all as specifed and directed.

M & L for soakage wells including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC (1:4:8), walls of honey combed fly ash brick masonry with top ring of RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of fly ash brick masonry in CM (1:6), RCC cover slab in1:1.5:3 type A-1 & SFRC MH cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 2.4m dia & 4.50m effective depth complete as shown on drg No CEBZ/TD/78/2011 or all as specifed and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM WORKS NOTE:- For items of FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-XI (FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Providing, Fixing, testing and commissioning 150 mm dia C.I. double flanged control valve assembly with alarm Gong, consisting of installation stop valve, alarm valve drain 50 mm dia and 15mm dia test valve, pressure gauges on inlet and outlet with alarm motor and gong, alarm valve clack with padlock and stop drain plug, alarm stop valve and strainer including making inlet/outlet connections by providing necessary nuts, bolts, gaskets ( 6mm thick) all complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and fixing bronze orifice with 12mm thick disc with tag on plate mentioning dia of orifice for Sprinkler system to control the pressure including rubber gasket packing, bolts, nuts, washers, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for fire points made out from MS angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 cutting welding etc,including rain protection canopy made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA Sheet , painting with two coats of red post office colour all as directed for keeping various accessories i.e. bucket, hook, beator etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing standard firemans axe with heavy rubber handle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing ISI Marked 2 core x 1.5 mm2, Multistrand Copper, FRLS Armoured cable (red in Colour), laid on surface with GI saddle-spacers every 0.3 meters. Complete with GI Junction Box, lugs, cable compression glands, cable tags and Ferruling complete all as spedified and directed.

GI slotted type cable trays of the following sizes using MS angle, channels, flats etc.. All MS supports used shall be given one coat of red oxide primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour of size 100 x 50 mm x 2mm complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and Fixing suitable C.I. air release single valve of 20mm dia including necessary support and painting with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer etc. complete, for wet riser termination complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and fixing in position drain / test valve assembly comprised of 2 nos. 80mm dia brass tested heavy duty ball valves with screwed ends confiming to IS 554 with ISI mark , including necessary G.I. 'C' class pipes, union(1 no) & site glass fitting etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F air vessel made suitable for 200 mm dia pipe, 8 mm thick MS sheet, 1000 mm in height with air release valve on top and flanged connection to riser, drain aggangement with 25 mm dia gun metal wheel valve with required accessories, pressure gauge and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade as requires complete all as specified & directed.

ENTRY AND EXIT WORKS

Supply and installation single sided LED Signage (EXIT/ENTRY/GENTS TOILET/LADIES TOILET/No Smoking/Fire)with 3W LED of red/Green colour including built in battery back up for 2 hrs complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and installation LED step light with 4/5 W LED made out of white powder coated aluinium body with IP-54 protection complete all as specified and directed .

DG SET WORKS NOTE:- For items of DG SET WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-XII (DG SET WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning complete of manufacture of OEM manufactured, static silent (sound proof enclosure) diesel Engine Driven generating set CPCB IV +capable of delivering 320 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacture, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet outlet return inlet oil arrangement exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Nasirabad (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derarting factors into consideration) including foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for easy of movement and 0.5 M height) anti vibration pads, including all features to complete with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following :- (i) ENGINE (Prime Mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, type four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046 / BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 320 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Nasirabad ), ( Taking all derating factor into consideration), 24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with all standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil, temperature, pressure guage and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and enging protection system (shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc.

ITEM NO 1 CONTD/- (II) ALTERNATOR : Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 320 KVA, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation class “H” sailent pole, revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (III) BASE PLATE :- Made out of structural steel as per manufactures recommended design / specifications. (IV) AMF CONTROL PANEL :- Factory made cubical type floor mounted LT panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 25x25x5 mm, and 1.6 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type, protection class IP-54, duly powder coated after seven tank process, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of 500 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switchgear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of following :- (a) ACB 415 Volts, 400 Amp, rating 4 pole 50 KA rupturing capacity, Microprocessor based release, draw out type, specially fixed for incoming supply with over load, short circuit and earth fault protection – 01 No with suitable rating HRC back up fuses. (b) AMF logic panel including wiring, power contactor with MCCB/ACB suitable capacity for DG Set of main supply, single phase preventor, digital multifunction meter (showing Amps, Volts, Hz, KWH etc), Emergency stop Button, DG over load, High water temp, Low lub oil pressure, Auto charging unit and failure to start, Phase indication lamp LED type RYB includig all relays, circuit and protection required for automatic operation of DG Set. Contactor, AC1 duty, AC coil with aux contact 500A, 4Pole - 2 Nos

CONTD ......... (V) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :- Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and OX, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing conformance, lebelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. (VI) Foundation / Plinth / Base : Shall be provided as per manufactures recommendations, however minimum 0.5 M space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M. (VII) Diesel storage tank of cap adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hrs operation of Gen Set. (VIII) MISC : Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacture standard practices.

FURNITURE WORKS

SUPPLY AND FIXING OF AUDITORIUM CHAIR PUSH BACK - AUTO TIP UP. SEAT: The seat rest assembly is 1.5±0.1 cm thick flat plywood and in-situ moulded with polyurethane foam & upholstered with polyester fabric and enclosed by an injection moulded cover. The Seat should be an auto-tip up feature making it stay in upright position when not in use enabling clear row passage. The seat profile should have a large waterfall edge to help the users get necessary comfort in popliteal region.The Seat size shall be : 45.0 cm. (W) x 50.5 cm (D) x 13.8 cm (T) Approx. BACK: Back shall be ergonomically designed with protruding headrest. The backrest assembly should made up of 1.2±0.1cm thick flat plywood measured as per QA method described in OCP-QLTA-P14-18 upholstered with polyester fabric and enclosed by an injection moulded back cover. The back foam should be designed with contoured back support for extra comfort. The back size shall be HIGH BACK SIZE: 48.7 cm. (W) x 76.9 cm (H) x 12.5 cm (T) Approx. The HR polyurethane foam for Seat and Back should be moulded with Density = 45 +/- 2kgs/m3. LEG FRAME: The leg frame assly should be fabricated from M.S. tube 6.0±0.03cm x 4.0±0.03cm x 0.2±0.016cm thick welded with grouting member. It should be black powder coated ( DFT 40-60 microns ) & grouted to floor using anchors. Contd...........

ASSEMBLY: The armrest should be made up of black integral skin polyurethane with 65+/-10 Shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert fixed with leg frame. The armrests shall be scratch and weather resistant. The armrest cladding shall made up of 0.9±0.1 cm thk Plywood & upholstered with polyester fabric. All steel components shall be Epoxy Polyester Powder Coated (DFT 40-60 microns) after 7 tank anti-rust treatment. The auditorium chair shall be designed to get mounted/ grouted on floors with flooring specification as mentioned in flooring pre-requisite. Overall Dimensions shall be Seat Height - 44.5 cm, Height - 103.5cm, armrest c/c - 54.6 cm, Width & Depth as measured from pedestal - Width-64.0cm and Depth-71.5 cm. OEM shall have ISO 9001:2015, IS0 45001:2018 and ISO 50001 :2018 certificate. Chair shade/ colour shall be as approved by GE. OEM shall furnish one year warranty for chairs. Make :- Godrej, Durian, Methodex, Featherlite or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F of Wooden Floor complete all as shown on drawings and as specified & directed.

CENTRAL AC WORKS NOTE:- For items of CENTRAL AC WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-XIII (CENTRAL AC WORKS) shall also be applicable.

(a) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Central Air Conditioning plant including AHUs, Water pump sets, Cooling Towers, ducting and electrical connections suitable for 3 phase AC supply chilled water system of suitable capacity (60 TR X 3 units. total capacity 180 TR) including all provisions for earthing, floor mounted LT Panel board, all civil and electrical works as per IS specification and best practices for "Provision of auditorium at Nasirabad Mil Stn" complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) The capacity mentioned for AC Plant is tentative. Actual capacity should be work out by the contractor based on inside & outside enviroment condition. (ii) Compressor, Chiller & Pump, etc should be equally divided based on the total AC plant capacity as designed vetted from IIT/NIT and approved by GE.

(Contd/-) (b) Design of energy efficient central air conditioning plant based on inside/outside conditions. Inside conditions to be obtained from GE on given data sheet attached as per format given in Appendix of particular specifications. The design shall meet relevant code requirements and should be as per latest IS practices. It should include the followings:- (i) Data based heat load calculations for AHU as per site plan. (ii) Double line duct drawing showing different sizes of ducts air flow details. (iii) Chiller water piping drawing including condenser pipes and fitting with details of dia. (iv) Layout schematic line diagram of LT control panel suitable for the plant showing all the details such as main incoming, outgoing and their type, capacities, Qty, alongwith connected measuring instrument/meters, indication lamp, starters, MCB, MCCB isolator etc. (v) Specification/description of equipment and other materials/items with technical literature of various components of reputed makes. (vi) Recommendation of type of plant with detailed justifcation depending upon heat load to meet the desired condition specified in data sheet to be obtained from GE in consultation with user as per format attached as Appendixs of particular specifications. (vii) Line plan of plant AHU showing various eqpts/items with dimensions of various eqpts/items with specific working clearances between eqpts to eqpts and from walls, after due consideration existing doors and windows. (viii) Schedule of item/description of equipment of all items with accounting unit, Qty and particuar specification etc. (ix) Full description of item/eqpt of schedule with recommended brand/makes. (x) Inside design conditions are required to be maintained irrespective of minor variations in outside.

Contd/- Notes :- (a) Contractor should submit 2 Nos CD showing detailed design with description/ specification complete alongwith heat load calculation (For summer, winter & monsoon) design, drawing bill of quantities and two Nos hard copies. (b) Outside design conditions can be obtained from concerned metrological authorities. (c) Contractor will develop the soft copy of all the drawings required for the work on the basis of Hard copy/line plan of the project. (d) The details given in Appendixs of particular specifications are tentative. Contractor has to obtain firm details from GE in consultantion with users. (e) Atmospheric/any other required data to be obtained from concerned metrological deptt/Govt institutions. (f) DPR should be vetted alongwith its drawing from IIT/NIT & finally approved by GE. (g) The work of Air Conditioning shall be carried out by specialist agency having past experience as approved by GE. (h) Noise level (sound pressure) should not exceed the permissible limits. (i) Testing includes phase- I, 24 Hrs continuous and Phase-II 24 Hrs continuous for all three seasons. (k) Any other connected works not mentioned above but considered necessary by the tenderer for successful installation, commissioning and operation and efficient performance of the plant shall be provided by the contractor and the rate for the same shall be deemed to be inclued in the quoted unit rates.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS NOTE:- For items of RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-XIV (RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M&L for 6000 Ltrs capacity triple layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

CEILING AND WALL PANELING, CARPETING WORKS NOTE:- For items of CEILING AND WALL PANELING, CARPETING WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-XVI (CEILING AND WALL PANELING, CARPETING WORKS) shall also be applicable.
