Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finishing the surface even and fair as in plinth protection and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat/frame with shutters n exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

All as in item No. 03 above but exc 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 2nd class hard wood for Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 2nd class hardwood 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters(Factory made), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc, (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.(Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Pt-I Section 8, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 35mm thick (Factory made) 2nd class hardwood plain framed, panelled shutter (two or three panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on obth faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part -I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain/printed coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drg in SSR Pt II complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (styles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cementfor styles & plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitten in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & jointed together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and shown in drgs in SSR Pt II complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix aluminium powder coated barrel tower bolts of extruded section 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Aluminium alloy powder coated sliding door bolt 300 mm long with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast of extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloycomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 100mm long stainless steel butt hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix extruded aluminium anodised, fabricaated type handle, 150mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix mild steel work as in bands, straps, clamps, hold fast, etc and similar small articles conforming to Fe.290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminum anodized window shutter including frame having three track two carries glass shutter and one carries mosqueto net shutter, any type (sliding or open-able ) with frame , & ventilators, other similar work etc including necessary arrangement for sliding and locking & to receive 4mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket / rubber beading and all necessary fitting like mortice lock, aluminium tower bolt, handle, stopper, hinges etc complete . Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and fair to received glazed tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 20mm thick for receive floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick or stone walls including racking ouit joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
