Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches pits and bulk excavation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of surplus earth within University Campus as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and including machine mixing, consolidation, curing and Centering, shuttering/form work complete.

P&L cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal bore).in foundation, plinth including cost of machine mixing, curing, centering, shuttering/ formwork complete.

Steel work in built up section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Nerolac). In grating, frames, angle posts, railings, gate and similar work etc. including the cost of making holes in angles/flats etc.

Providing and Fixing G.I Chain Link fencing of required width in mesh of 50×50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire/nut bolts and washers of required size. Made of G.I wire of dia 4mm.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure. In Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

10-15 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement : 6 C.sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint "Snowcem - Plus" of M/s Snowcem India Ltd., or equivalent of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm)

Providing and fixing ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished with necessary screws etc. complete :125 x 65 x 2.12 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : 300 x 16 mm

Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material outside the University Campus. 1:3:6 or richer mix

Providing and fixing rotatable closing arrangement for MS Gate etc complete including welding, priming and painting etc. complete.
