Milling on Bituminous Surface: Dismantling of existing damaged Bitumen surface by cold Milling Machine up to any depth and hauling the milled material up to any lead and stacking at nearest recycling Plant site ( Based on HSR 17.43.2)

Removal of existing asphaltic wearing coat comprising of 25 mm thick asphaltic concert laid over 12 mm thick mastic asphalt including disposal with all lead and lift. (HSR 35.15) (Mastic asphat)

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen VG - 30 @ 10.2%, fine aggregates, course aggregates, lime filler @ 17.92% of total, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping at an approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516 of MORT&H specifications (5th Revision, 2013) (Based on HSR 17.37)

Excavation for roadwork in soil by manual/mechanical means including cutting , trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including breaking of clods and disposal within ROWas per technical clause 301 of MORT&H specifications.(HSR 17.74)

Construction of Embankment (sub grade upto 500 mm) with approved material obtained from borrow pits, including compensation of earth, with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2, as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.6) Note: In case the quantity of earth work calculated with NSL and finished level found to be less than 17300.00 cum. Then actual quantity (less than 17300.00 cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 17300.00 cum, then only 17300.00 cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. Further it shall be ensured that atleast 500 mm of sub grade with earth of CBR 8% shall be constructed at each location. Note:-No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer.

Providing & laying 200 mm Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material - Grading-I (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORT&H specifications. Grading I material (Based on HSR 17.15.1) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing, laying WBM (G-I) (63 mm to 45 mm with screening Type “A” 75 mm each layer) , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.23.2) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing, laying WBM (G-II) (53 mm to 22.4 mm with screening Type “B” 75 mm each layer) , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.23.2) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. Providing & laying 100 mm Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.24) Note: - 1.Only crushed stone metal material should be used. No local earth/ natural occurring sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(Grade-I) @ 0.60 kg per sqm on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.25)

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG - 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.26.2)

Providing and laying 80 mm dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 4.00% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete, as per technical clause No. 505 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.30.2) Note: If bitumen required is this account more than 4.00% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Providing and laying 50mm dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete, as per technical clause No. 505 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.30.2) Note: If bitumen required is this account more than 4.5% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Providing and laying 30 mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG - 30 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications.(HSR 17.31.4) Note: If bitumen required is this account more than 5.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (HSR 34.26) Note:- Before start of work the contractor shall give brand , batch no. , manufacturing date of the material to be used and get approved thbe same from Engineer-In-Charge before use.

Reinforced cement concrete M25 grade Kilometer stone for village road of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc complete as per technical clause 804 of MORTH Specifications (HSR 34.27.3)

Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 grade 200 meter stone of standard design as per IRC: 8 -1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per technical clause 804 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 34.27.4)

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing bituminous layer have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- i) Bituminous material @ Rs. 1735/- P.
