Providing & Fixing of IP - 65 protected impact resistant polycarbonate / Polysterene enclosures. Make- Hensel, Spelsberg ,Sintex, HPL with knock out for cable entry/out including fixing with nut, bolt, fatner etc as required complete in all respect of size 320 x 640 x 179 mmThe enclosure must comprise of digital timer, contactor, bus bar , mcb, bypass switch and twin core 16 sq.mm. copper wire (Make- polycab/finolex/KEI) for connection. The digital time switch having following day / week programme and minimum 100 hours reserve and AC1 rating of 16-20 amperes including making connection, programming conforming to IEC 60730-1 and 60730- 2-7 etc. as required. One day & week reserve (digital type ) Make- L&T/ABB/Legrand/Siemens. The contactor must be a thermal over load relay with built in single phase protection and having at least 1NO & 1NC contacts, manual /auto reset facility including making connection testing etc. as required . 70 Amp Make- Siemens, ABB, L&T, HPL. The contactor must be accompanied with a bypass switch. The busbar must be of size 25mm*3mm and 100 mm length. the MCB must be 1 pole 6 nos. and not less than 80 amp. All as per approved by engineer incharge.
