M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and applying cement slurry @3kg/Sqm (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4 in 15 mm thick for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Supply and fix as in repair brass chromium plate tubular towel rail, 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550 mm x 400 mm including bracket, cutting for and pinning the ends of brackets also including brass chromium plated waste coupling 32mm dia, PVC flexible waste pipe of adequate length and dia and PVC connection 15mm size 450mm length with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.'

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60cmx60cmx6mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth lead wire of 4 mm dia upto 7.50m up to test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers, GI pipe 15mm bore light grade for cable protection, excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, watering pipe and 15mm bore GI pipe, light grade for protection of earth wire, MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 75mm C/C both ways and with MS handle made out of 12mm dia bars, PGI Funnel, wire mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm complete etc all as shown in electrical Plate No. 03 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earthing test point including testing on completion and taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr. in depth and not exceeding 1.5mtr in width and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cable etc

Returning, filling in trenches, spreading ,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil and depositing where directed at a distance not exceeding 50mtr.at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from starting point.

Supply lay and spread in trenches , river sand ,clean ,including spreading ,levelling ,punning for laying /cushioning of cables all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches fly ash bricks, old size sub class “B” for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches, floors ,fix on wall/pole, passing through pipes etc.,LT UG cable ,1100 volts grade, PVC/ XLPE insulated , with multistranded aluminium conductors, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape ,gland, lugs etc, of 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, confirming to IS specifications including taking down old one.

Supply and fix on pole / wall or lay in trenches under road / drain crossings etc., for drawing cables, GI pipe light grade 25mm bore dia, including necessary fittings ,clamps, bolts , nuts etc. all as specified and as directed.
