Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bitumenous macadam surfaces exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep in areas exc 400sqm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), granite trap and basalt spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item no 2 above but except materials obtained from item No .1, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced Water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compresser to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with paving bitumen laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) any penetration with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges 25mm in depth making good, filling in screened & graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top existing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compresser to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hot thermo plastic imported road marking material strips confirming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation and having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 of area in width not exceeding 15 CM strip in white or golden yellow according to IRC35-1970, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eyes, dual directional of aluminum casted stud of size 120mm x 120mm having plastic ABS strips containing 43 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white, red, yellow side provided with steel zinc plated nailsof dia 12 mm length 120 mm fixing to roads by hammering including necessary earth work in replacement of damaged / displaced items(make green greenlite/ Gogia plastic/safe zone), complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The excavation shall be done from out side of MOD.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tone and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base, complete all as specified and directed.
