Material and labour for Point wiring with casing capping controlled by one switch with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor single core unsheathed cable and FRLS, ISI marked, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor single core of size 1.50 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, with all fittings, ISI marked and accessories, the pipe shall be fixed with clamping and saddle including provision of mild steel terminal boxes/Sunken boxes of suitable size made with 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet recessed in wall with a coat of black bituminous paint and providing of with 3mm thick Bakelite/PVC sheet ISI marked top cover , suitable for fixing of switches / sockets / regulators etc. fixed in recess of wall with brass chromium plated screws and cap washer complete all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one way switch 5/6 Amps.

Material and labour for rewinding of coils of ceiling fan of any make and sweep by following ways. (i) Taking out complete coils from the rotor of ceiling fan (ii) Rewinding of ceiling fans of any sweep by using super enameled copper wire and turns as per existing gauge and approved quality including insulation paper, varnishing, drying and refitting the ceiling fan and testing the speed complete all as directed.

SPLIT TYPE ACs Carrying out leak test on all joints of the tubing of ACs of any capacity by pressurizing the system by dry nitrogen gas, carrying out air purging by vacuum pumps, checking any leak with soap water and recharging with fresh refrigerant gas, testing and commissioning of ACs as per manufacturer's manual and as directed.

Taking down the AC unit of any capacity by disconnecting all electrical and piping connections and performing following maintenance tasks. (a) Removal of dust from the outer body with the help of a blower. (b) Cleaning the condenser coils with water and cleaning agent/soap solution and decaling. it. (c) Painting the base tray with one coat of black enameled paint. (d) Cleaning of air filter of with vacuum cleaner or washing the filter in lukewarm water with detergent. (e) Cleaning of anti allergy and triple filter and drying the filter in direct sunlight for 2 hrs. (f) Cleaning of plasma filter with vacuum cleaner or washing the filter in lukewarm water with detergent and drying the filter in shade. (g) Cleaning of micro protection filter with vacuum cleaner only. (h) Cleaning of indoor unit with a soft, dry cotton cloth. (j) Checking all connections including functioning of relays, capacitors, overload protectors, thermostats, industrial socket (Metal clad) and circuit breaker.

Taking down the AC Unit of any capacity (both indoor & outdoor units) by disconnecting electrical connections and piping, shifting to new location and reinstalling with necessary additions/alterations, fittings and fixtures, making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.
