Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms,spreading and grading to required slope and compacting meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications 94th revision)

Providing good laterite moorum spreading to proper camber and grade consolidation with PRR including cost & carriage of all materials with hire and running charges of PRR etc

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of sizes to waterbound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying requisite type of screening materials to fill up the interstices watering and compacting to required density etc complete

Labour for scraping,cleaning the road surface,applying tack coat using 3.0kg of bitumen for 10sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in 1 layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size HG Metal and 12kg penetration grade of Bitumen for 10sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10sqm spreading over and laying including heating,pouring and spreading over and spreading Bitumen,metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charge of PRR and all other machinaries,including cost,conveyance of bitumen,metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of EIC

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion presure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per Sqm on prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleained with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing & laying semi dense bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to required grade to proper camber & consolidation with vibratory and tandem rollers to acieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 0f Mosrt&h Specification including hire & running charge etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
